offers meals that are budget friendly and at the same time will satisfy the consumers'

Since curfews are being implemented, our business will have limited business
hours which also means that we cannot serve our customers for a longer period.

The business will be handled by students of BSBA FM 2-B and one possible
weakness is the lack of funds. Thus, there might be days where we cannot serve the
complete menu in case funds are limited.
3. Limited equipment
Since our business is just starting, the availability of equipment for our
business operation is limited. Hence, we might experience some delays in production
of products and the available equipment is prone to damage due to being overused.
4. Building up loyal customers
Since the business is just new in entering the industry, it would be difficult to
gain loyal customers and the brand awareness is still low.

There are lots of business and establishment in the Festive Walk which can be
considered as competitors in our business. Such competitors can affect the profit of
the business.

The covid-19 pandemic we are experiencing right now has affected many
industries including business. With the healthy protocols and guidelines, this would
result to limiting the business operations and lesser customers will be physically on
the store.
