Balance Your Hormones

Throughout Life
flow with the feminine
Day 2 Guidebook
Your Body is Not a Battlefield
Why you need to stop fighting your feminine cycles

How to use this guidebook

We are going to cover a lot of ground in Flow with
the Feminine. You’ll be introduced to new
concepts, new ways of thinking, and you’ll hear
some new words too.

Even with the best of intentions, you’ll likely

forget half of what you learn unless you write it
down.

Writing helps us remember things, particularly

when we use pen and paper.

So, print this workbook, grab a pen, and follow

along. OR you could copy the questions into your
favorite journal.

Through these teachings, you’ll clarify exactly

what you need to do to balance your hormones
naturally, throughout life, so that you can feel
fabulous and live symptom-free.

01
Your Body is Not a Battlefield
Why you need to stop fighting your feminine cycles

My daily practice:

Do less, be more.

Write down what you are planning to do tomorrow. Carefully consider your
priorities, then select two tasks to leave out and spend that time in
contemplation or just gazing out the window.

To be eligible to receive today's gift Share about your experience in the Mighty
Networks group. Be sure to add the topic to your post "Day 2 Activity: Your
Body Is Not a Battlefield", and comment in a supportive manner on other
people’s posts.

Affirmation:

I am enough.

Questions
What’s the root cause of low libido, weight gain, hot flashes, emotional ups and
downs, difficulty sleeping, cramping, cravings, acne, and painful/irregular
periods?

Your hormone balance is dependent on the condition of the lining of the

intestines which is responsible for the absorption of nutrients and fluid in the
body.
