KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, KARL MARLONE ORIEL TILA, single, Filipino citizen, of legal, resident of


Guisijan, Laua-an, Antique after having sworn in accordance with law do hereby
appoint REV.FR. CHRISTOPHER VILLA, single, Filipino citizen, if legal, resident of
barangay. P.D Monfort South, Dumangas, Iloilo, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact, to perform the following acts in my behalf to:

1. Claim and receive TES grant from the office of St. Anthony’s College;

2. Represent me before the St. Anthony’s College to transact, negotiate, process and
receive any document including clearances and certifications in relation to the herein
authority;

3. Sign, endorse, execute, acknowledge, deliver, receive and possess such document
or information (whether confidential or not), including documents indicated in
paragraph [1] and all that may be required by the offices indicated in paragraph [2];

4. In General to do all other acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever in or about
my affairs indicated herein, and doing all acts, deeds, matters and things therein,
either particularly or generally described, as fully and effectually to all intents and
purposes as we could do in our own persons if personally present and competent.;

I hereby ratify and confirm that my attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to


be done by virtue of this power of attorney, and all the rights and powers granted in
this instrument.
