Admin Instructions for WA
1. On the days of the assessments, please ensure that your child/ward is present and is punctual for
the papers. There will be no make-up for the assessments if he/she is absent.
2. If your child/ward is not able to take the assessment, please inform his/her form teacher of the reason
for absence and provide a medical certificate that indicates the diagnosis, if unwell. They will not be
assessed, even if they turn up, unless a doctor has certified that they are fit to sit for the assessment.
Marks for these absentees will be computed accordingly.
3. For pupils whose external competition/exam dates clash with the internal weighted assessment dates,
please re-schedule their external competition/exam
