aspect, the Gacao Elementary School would like to ask permission from your good office to conduct
a scouting activity this coming Friday November 11, 2022. This Scouting Activity will boost the
learner’s interest and adventurous part of their life in relation to social and learning development of
their scholastic activities.

The said scouting activity will be held at Gacao Elementary School Grounds under the close
supervision of the advisers and scout masters and adult leaders.

We do hope of your kind approval of this said activity.
