How To Unsubscribe

There are three ways to unsubscribe from marketing notifications: through the Fortrade Pro mobile app, the Fortrade Pro web app, or through the user's account in a browser. For each method, the user selects their notification settings to choose which notifications they wish to receive or unsubscribe from. Additionally, users can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of any marketing message.

How to Unsubscribe From Marketing Notifications

This is a guide to unsubscribe from marketing Emails, SMSs, or Push messages.


There are three ways to unsubscribe from the marketing notifications:
 Though the Fortrade Pro Mobile App
 Though the Fortrade Pro Web App
 Through My Account in Browser

Please note: At any time, you can unsubscribe from receiving marketing notifications by clicking on
the unsubscribe link at the end of the marketing message: the email footer, the last line of an SMS
or Push notification.

Unsubscribe From Marketing Notifications on the Pro Mobile App


Step 1: After you have installed Fortrade Pro Step 2: Insert your Email Address & Password

Unsubscribe From Marketing Notifications on the Fortrade Pro Web App

Step 1: On the website, locate Start Trading at the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Once you have clicked on Start Trading, it will redirect you to the website
https://ready.fortrade.com/, please proceed to input your login details.

Step 3: Click on the Menu (the three lines) in the upper left corner.

Unsubscribe from Marketing Notifications in My Account (browser)
Step 1: Log in to https://www.fortrade.com/ website then using the button on the top right hand
corner click on Login. Then insert your username and password and log in into your account.

Step 2: Click on the My Account Icon ( ), located in the upper right corner.

Step 3: From the drop-down menu, select Notification Settings.
