Implementation
PROJECT MANAGER - PLANT
People ranking HOD and above in the Plant Team will be
involved in the implementation of the of the WMS Project
INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT
Preparation and testing of various test scenarios by Plant
Designated Team & Amazin for each stage in the application
PLANT SITE SUPPORT
Personnel from the Security, SAP LOGISTICS, SAP MM and
Packing Plant will be involved in Testing and Implementing for
the solution
Implementation
QA TESTING
Rigorous testing of all scenarios for 4 days by Plant Team and
Amazin team. All types of trips will be tested in the system
DAILY REPORTING
Plant Team to Report in evening about the test results, issues
faced, support needed from Amazin team to all stakeholders
VEHICLE MASTER
Security Team will be involved in creating the SAP Vehicle
master for INBOUND movement for WMS application

Operations Support
CLIENT CENTRAL TEAM
They will prepare a process document for the Plant team to
reduce learning curve for Plant Team & save time
TEST SCENARIOS
Preparation and testing of various test scenarios by Amazin for
each stage in the application and will be provided to Plant
Team
ON SITE SUPPORT
Amazin Engineer(s) will be Present for 3 months on site after
rollout to help in any issues

NO PROCESS CHANGE
There is no change in existing process for the Plant with
smooth flow & less learning curve for employees
AUTOMATION
More Automation with access control, data storage, photo
capture, reporting, tolerance check, auto alerts, vehicle block,
display dashboards etc.
FALLBACK MECHANISM
Plant can fall back to existing process at any stage without
affecting the operations. Manual override possible if needed
