ASSIGNMENT GUIDE

The following shall be the general guidelines in doing all activities in this course modules.
Read, understand, and follow them.
1. All written activities and artworks shall be done on one 50 leaves composition
notebook without spiral or in a filler notebook (you might need 2 in this case).
Prelim, Midterm and Final examinations will be written in separate sheets.
2. Do not forget to identify the title of the activity and the date when you
performed each of them.
3. Specific instructions and rubrics for each activity are in place where the activities
are located.
4. Please use another filler notebook or a composition notebook for your Religious
Involvement.
5. Do not forget too to indicate the time and date when you performed these
reflections.
