PETITIONER, by counsel, most respectfully manifests that copies of


the above-captioned Petition together with its Annexes has been sent via
registered mail to the following Adjoining Owners, to wit:

Attached herewith and made integral parts hereof are copies of the
Registry Receipts receiving copy of the notice marked as Annexes “A” to
“D”.

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully


prayed that this Manifestation be noted and form part of the records of the
above-captioned Petition.

Other reliefs and remedies as may be deemed just and equitable


under the premises are likewise prayed for.
