following:
 Project Purpose and Justification: The business need/problem that needs to be solved.
 Project Overview: A brief description of what the project is intended to do.
 Project Objectives: A brief, concise list of measurable outcomes expected
from this project.
 Project Approach: The strategy to deliver the project.
 Project Assumptions and Constraints: Link_To_Project_Scope Statement

Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) (Describes a deliverable- [ ] Link_To_WBS
oriented grouping of project elements that organize and define the
total scope of the project.)

Gantt chart. The schedule must include milestones, task
dependencies, task duration, work product delivery dates, quality

Milestone Schedule (Provides a high-level project schedule using [ ] Link_To_Milestones

completion milestones, executive reviews.)
Project Budget (Describes cost and budget considerations [ ] Link_To_Budget
including an overview, a time-phased project budget, additional
resource requirements, and estimated cost at completion.)

responsible for project quality assurance, procedures used and

can be met by purchasing products or services from outside of the
