treatment, old method with chipper machine and manually removing the

Acrylic Based Water proofing Treatment for terrace slab :- Clean the
surface thoroughly. Remove all dust, foreign matters, oil, loose materials
or any deposits of contamination on the surface. Pre-wet the concrete
surface thoroughly prior to the application.(MYK Multicrete/ SIKA
RAINTITE/ approved Chemical Mix with water in the ratio of 1:2, 1ltr
Chemical : 2kg Cement ) . Coat the surface evenly with the admixture
using a brush. Allow the coating to dry for at least 2 hours and apply a

second coat the same way as the first coating by filling honey combs &
treating the construction joints, coving (hanching vata) cracks, pressure
grouting by fixing nozzles 1mtr interval, center to center with Fosroc
Randroc, conbextra Gp2, Cebex 100/ If wherever required etc complete as
per the site conditions and as per the instructions of Engineer in charge.
Waterproofing Coating should be done upto 300mm on the Side walls.

PART-02 Terrace Screeding Waterproofing : Providing and laying screed

Spreading cement slurry over the R.C.C. slab and laying avg. 50mm thick
of concrete mixed with waterproofing chemical compound of cement
mortar (1:4), including (Fosroc conplast x4211c/ Sika-sim admixture
approved chemicals). Fosroc conplast integral waterproofing admixture @
C 100 ml per bag of cement laid to required gradient to have easy flow of
water and top finished with joint less waterproofing plaster finished with
smooth wooden trowels with marking of 300*300mm square finishing .
The vertical surface of the adjoining walls should be treated upto a height
of 300mm including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs (Coving ). As
per the site conditions as per the instructions of Engineer in charge.
