Investiture Ceremony For KID SCOUT SECTION SHORT

This document outlines the ceremony for investing new members into Kid Scouting. The ceremony involves lighting three candles to represent the principles of the Kid Scout promise - love of God and country, obedience, and manners. The new Kid Scouts then recite the promise together while standing with their parents. Parents also pledge their commitment to supporting their child's involvement in Kid Scouting. Official membership cards are then distributed, and an inspirational talk is given before retiring the colors and closing with a benediction.
