Title Objectives

1. Facilities Inventory and It is intended to undertake electronic inventory and


Monitoring System with monitoring of school facilities. The idea will
Barcode incorporate the usage of barcodes that convey
information about various educational amenities.
The inventory and monitoring will be carried out by
scanning the barcode. The automated method will
verify that there is an accurate count of the
facilities and that everything is in good working
order.

2. Barangay Information The goal is to provide access to all barangay

addition, the system prints certificates, permits,
and clearances.

3. Alumni Tracking with Job The Alumni Tracking and Job Portal System
Portal System project is an online application designed for
academic institution graduates. This web
application is very significant not only for graduates
but also for administration; it acts as a database
repository of graduates' whereabouts, jobs, and
other information that may be useful in tracing and
reporting obligations required by the school. The
Commission on Higher Education now requires
that Higher Educational Institutions report
information about their graduates, including their
job status. The goal of that study is to determine
how many graduates have obtained jobs related to
their field of specialization.

4. LGU Visitors Management The system records all visitors to a certain

interface is divided into two parts: the Admin Panel
and the Establishments Log. The Admin Panel is
the project module in which the system
administrator manages all data such as the list of
establishments and the Individuals List. The
technology generates a printed QR Code Card,
which will serve as the individuals' identification
when entering the facility. In terms of the
Establishment Log, each institution that is
registered in the system will be assigned a system-
generated code that will be utilized by the
establishment's staff to access the QR Code
Scanning Feature. This module just has a single
page after login since the side goal is simply to log
the visitor's QR Code to log their information to the
system that the specific individual entered the
given institution at a certain time and date. This
project also creates reports that can be printed.

5. School Event Management The system will do away with the manual

system will do away with traditional attendance
verification and monitoring at school activities. The

monitoring process will also be paperless, reducing
the officer in charge's time and hassle.
