The scheduled premises shall be used for residential purpose only by tenant and shall not be sub-let, re-let or assigned to any others. The tenant shall not carry on any offensive trade or ilegal practices in the premises, The tenant shall maintain the schedule premises the fittings and fixtures in a state of good order shall not cause or suffer any damages there to. In case the tenant caused any damages the owner will deduct the cost of damages from the advance amount or the tenant shall pay the damages cost. The tenant shall not make any materials alterations or additions or even improvement to the schedule premises without the written consent of the owner. In the event of tenantiowner wanting his/her schedule premises to be vacated, they shall give a notice period of Two (2) months in advance.
