Teachers should close the time slots which are not booked 5 minutes before the expected
schedule. E.g. 9:00am is opened but not booked. The teacher must close the said timing at
8:55am for better booking rate. Teachers should do this one at a time as the schedule runs
closer to no booking as there are still students who do sudden booking.

17. CLOSE MONITORING

Teachers MUST always do the following:

1. Refresh their schedules since students book their classes anytime, sudden booking often
happens;
2. Careful in entering the rooms, make sure to get into the correct timing;
3. Complete the 25 minutes duration of class, do add 5 minutes if there were
disconnections/ technical issues on the first minutes of the class / while class is ongoing;
4. Expound the class materials provided in a way that the student is able to understand and
digest the content of the lesson.
