CAREER GUIDANCE ACTION PLAN

SY 2022-2023
Tertiary Level
I. Rationale
Career Planning is an essential decision in a person’s life. It could affect one’s happiness as well as one’s success throughout his/ her life. Career choices could affect ones status in
the society. Hence, it is important that students are well-informed and as well as well- guided through regarding their choices and options through different exploration programs
and activities.

II. Objectives
This career guidance action plan aims to:
A. Help students and pupils discover their likes/dislikes, talents, skills and strengths to be able to come up with a sound career choice
B. Help students be informed of the different Senior High School Stands, degree programs available and different career paths for them to be able to explore what they would want
for their future.
C. Help students come up with a sound decision regarding their career paths and choices.
D. Help students be prepared for junior high school, senior high school, college and even work.
