a. Read your Course Information (CI) thoroughly;
b. Application should be typed, not handwritten, except for your signature; handwriting is not
acceptable. Fill in the form in English.
c. Be sure to fill in every item of the form;
d. Send the completed form to the KOICA Office in your country or the Korean Embassy (if KOICA
Office is not available)

Cooperation Agency (KOICA), implemented as part of the Official Development

Currently serving as Assistant Manager (Renewables) As Assistant Manager (Renewables) my
responsibility is verification of Non-Project Missed Volume (NPMV)Events of Renewable Plants i.e.,
Wind IPPs, Solar IPPs and Bagasse Plants in accordance with their Energy Purchase agreements
(EPAs) by playing the bridge role between CPPA-G and NCC/RCC(N)/RCC(S).

 As per Government policy Renewables will be added up to 30% by the year 2030, I will be
interested to see the impact of increasing proportion of Renewable Energy on security and
reliability of Power system and any Control or operational constraint arising due to the
Job Description increased share of these power plants.
As Pakistan is moving to Competitive Trading Bilateral Contract Electricity Market (CTBCM). I will be
interested to see the role of Renewable plants in electricity markets.

Total Green Energy of the Wind IPPs is not being utilized by our National Grid due to the transmission
network congestion causing Environmental and Financial implications.

- Retention Period : 3 years for printed copies / permanent preservation of electronic copies
b. KOICA may provide and disclose the aforesaid collected information to a third party in accordance

their duplication, translation, distribution, and/or posting on websites (KOICA website and/or other
websites related to ODA (Official Development Assistance) in Korea.
d. KOICA takes measures required to prevent leakage, loss, or destruction of acquired information.

II. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

a. Attendance & Punctuality


1 Participants should be on-time and professional when submitting/presenting any reports and
documents requested for the KOICA Fellowship Program.
Participants should be punctual and devoted to following the schedule of the KOICA Fellowship
Program. Participants are monitored and evaluated on their professional behavior while participating in
the Program. KOICA may report the monitoring and evaluation results to the Participants’ government
and/or employer when necessary.

b. Misconduct
1 Any form of sexual harassment* or insult, including but not limited to misconduct arising out of
racial/ethnic, gender or class discrimination, will not be tolerated.
* e.g. making sexually inappropriate comments and jokes, sharing and sending of sexual images and
videos without consent, using offensive or discriminatory sexual language, etc.
2 Any kind of disturbance to the efficient implementation of the Fellowship Program, including a
breakaway from the Program and other arbitrary and irresponsible behavior, shall not be accepted.
3 Video or audio recording of lectures shall not be permitted without explicit, prior consent of the lecturer
and others involved
4 Participants shall not distribute or reproduce lecture materials (videos, PPTs, etc.) to anyone for
commercial purposes.
5 Participants shall not assign, give or lend his or her ID/PW for online training to a third party or allow
others to use it.

To get trained NPCC Engineers regarding RE which is becoming 25% of the overall installed Capacity upto
2025 and will be enhanced to 30% by 2030. As Engineers are dealing with various types of Power Plants
