SCRIPT FOR TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION

EMCEE 1: Andy Hargraves once said, Teaching is a very emotional practice. It creates, it colors, and it
changes our lives”. Certainly, there can be no better profession that educates, informs, inspires,
encourages and at the same time teaches us to inculcate a way of life and most importantly prepares us for
a world that is not easy to handle.
As an old saying goes “Teaching is the noblest_____? (Profession)
To everyone who is here with us this morning, ladies and gentlemen, goodmorning! Welcome to the
Celebration of the World teachers day!
EMCEE 2: This is the time of the year once again to recognize the importance of educators in the future
of every generation and show appreciation and highlight the many contributions of the teaching
profession.
To start with, I am requesting everyone to please stand and feel the presence of the Lord through a prayer.
EMCEE 1: You may now be seated. Now we will be hearing a message from a woman who is very
enthusiastic and hardworking. Let us all lend our ears to the Master Teacher II of Grade 6 and the MACS
Teacher’s Club President, Ma’am Marites C. Padua!
EMCEE 2: Thank you so much Ma’am for those warm words of welcome.
School provides the potentialities of man. It is for this reason that we are here gathered this morning. Of
course a school wouldn’t be a successful one without its head.
So without further ado, let’s give a hand to a woman who has distinct vision and with fountainhead of
illuminating ideas of continuously improving this growing institution, no other than, the Principal-III of
MACS, Ma’am Gliceria C. Geneta
EMCEE 1: Thank you Ma’am.
Through the years, as we practice the spirit of “bayanihan” we tend to develop the partnership with our
stakeholders. It is a necessity to seek their support and guidance for the progress and development of our
dear learners.
And as a matter of fact, we bagged titles and trophies in countless activities of Division, Regional and
even National because of their ceaseless support.
Joining us today in this meaningful event is one of the school partners, the representative of the Parents
Association, Sir Bong Gonzales. Let’s give him a round of applause!

EMCEE 1: Welcome to Maria Aurora Central School!
Today we celebrate the grand opening of our MACS Covered Court.
We are so thankful to so many of you, who have been with us every step of the way, so
that this day would finally come.
Today’s ceremony highlights — and is a tangible reminder of our budding partnership
with our dear stakeholders from various sectors, the LGU and the Provincial
Government.
This is made possible, in part, by your unwavering commitment to providing the highest
quality teaching and learning environment for our faculty and students.
This new facility is a bold reflection of that commitment.
To start with this significant event, please all rise for a prayer to be led by Pastor Mauro
Pisco.
You may be seated. At this moment, we will proceed to the Reading of MACS Covered
Court’s History.
I am so pleased that celebrating with us today are members of our community whose
significant contributions to — and leadership within — the MACS have helped us reach
this important milestone.

Today we are going to witness the oath taking ceremony of the newly elected HRPTA
Officers for the school year 2022-2023!
The Department of Education &DepEd acknowledges the important role that leadership plays in
the Philippine educationalsystem )such as this, the Homeroom and General PTA to establish the
purpose that is to engage the parents to this institution for the betterment of the school that
results to quality education.
To begin with, may I request everyone to please all rise for the singing of the National
Anthem to be conducted by Ma’am Luna B. Manondo followed by an invocation by
Jerielyn Suguillo.

To warm our hearts with hopeful words of inspiration, let us give a big hand to the
Principal-III of Maria Aurora Central School, Ma’am Gliceria C. Geneta.
Thank you, Ma’am. Now at this moment we will proceed to oath taking of the Supreme
Pupil Government, The Teachers Club Orgnization, Homeroom PTA Presidents and the
GPTA Officers to be headed by Governor Christian Noveras.
And now, here is an energetic dance showcasing the talent of the selected teachers in
Maria Aurora Central School.
Put your hands together to the MACS Zumba Dancers for their special number!

- At this juncture, to give us words of inspiration and support, let’s hear the Public Schools
District Supervisor of Maria Aurora East, Mr. Domingo R. Uera. Let’s give him a round
of applause.
- Thank you Sir. At this very moment, we will hear messages from Local Government Unit
leaders starting off with the Chairman Committee on Education, SB Member Rizza
Sivestre. A round of applause please.
