Item DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT OFFERED
1 Before fabrication, contractor must be present two (2) set of drawings and list of accesories included in the supply, to be aproved by the customer representative (supervisor). This aproval incudes CTs, terminal connectors, strap and any other accesory. 2 Drawings and documents must be delivered to supervisor not more than 30 days after contractual term begins 3 All drawings for aproval mus be presented free of defects, studs, corrections or modifications in original, one copy and digital format (pdf and autocad), in USB type memory in A2 format. A) The drawings and documents must have dimensions, nomenclature and simbols defined as the corresponding stardards. B) All dimensions must be indicated in metrical units. Signs, notes and letterhead in Spanish language. C) All drawings, documents and instructives must be presented in Spanish language or English but not other language. D) Letterhead on each document must be located in the right inferior place, containing the following information: • Contractor name (LOG Ingenieria, S.A.) • End customer name (INDE- EGEE) • Purchase order name • Drawing or document name and date Number of other drawings reference, if there is some relationship between them. E) Reviews carried on. Corrected drawings will carry a detail of modifications including date of each modification. 4 The end customer will keep the original drawings and will return an approved copy and observations to begin construction. 5 End customer supervisor will take 15 business days to review and approved drawings to contractor. This time for approval drawings must be included in the delivery time of supply. In any case contractor could not argue the date of approval of drawings as the initial time of contract. 6 If the drawings show incongruencies, end customer will require contractor to make the respective corrections. 7 The time of corrections of drawings and aproval of them, must be considered in the delivery time of supply. 8 Non-compliance of drawing delivery or the corrections recomended by the contractor supervisor, could be enough to execute the perfomance bond. Documents to reception of supply 1 A reception act will bi sucribed, including: a) Technical documentation containing all the information of characteristics of supply. b) “as build” drawings c) Factory routine testing protocols on each currrent transformer d) Montaing, operation and maintenance originals manuals from factory included in the supply in Spanish or English language. e) Complete electric diagrams of all internal equipment, lightining, power and control, alarm points, trips, etc. 2 All previous documentation must be deliver in: original documents (printed), three (3) copies (printed), plus three (3) digital copies in three (3) USB memories. 5 WARRANTY 1 The contractor must present a Warranty Certificate of Manufacturer, where it is stated, that the supplies are new and recent fabrication and fulfill all the requirments specified in the terms of invitation to quote, indicating the warranty time equal or higher than (24) twenty four months from the date of reception. 6 TRANSPORT 1 The contractor is resposible for transport of goods from origin to end customer warehouse. 2 The supply and accesories must be new, good quality and the brand of recognized prestige. 3 It’s part of the scope of the transport, under contractor responsability, the packing, load and unload, pay of taxes, duties, insurance and other related service and expenses of transport the goods, to end delivery site. 7 TESTINGS 1 The contractor must deliver the routine testings protocols under applied standards.
