Direction: Physical activity is central to health, and its importance clearly extends
beyond its role in achieving energy balance to prevent and treat obesity and overweight.
For in this activity, you are to make a “recipe to fully attain the success in teaching
health and physical education among elementary pupils. Name the recipe and explain
why did you come up with that?

Teacher’s Love Recipe

Mix all the ingredients

Teaching in not just teaching, for me it is love. Teaching requires full love and
patience. I come up with this recipe name because for us to be successful model
teacher we should love our passion or our teaching. Give love and patience to our
students especially because our students are children they are the one who really
needs love and full attention. As a teacher, we are a warrior and we can never be a
warrior if we don’t have equipment or we were not equip so teacher requires
enough knowledge to share or teach the right information to our students for them
to be ready in their future ahead. To be a great teacher we should be responsible
enough because we are handling children, caring for them to feel belong and
special. In everything we do the presence of happiness should be there because it
is not love if you are not happy on what you’re doing like teaching how can you
teach properly if teaching isn’t really your desire. Teacher’s love for children or
students really matter. So for me love, knowledge, patience, happiness, caring,
responsibility are the traits we need to achieve successful teaching.
Activity 3 - Forced Analogy

I chose I chose seesaw to relate the lesson on Physical Education


because our body in order to keep healthy and far from any risk and
sick it requires balance. Balance on everything we do and eat, to be
healthy we must always remember that our body has limits especially
on the food of what we eat. Physical education help us on how to keep
our health healthy including on what we need to eat to live a healthy
life style. We all know that in playing seesaw if we don’t know how to
balance ourselves one end goes up, the other end goes down same
as our body if we will not take good care of our body it will not balance
and if our body goes down it is not good to our body. That is why
keeping our body fit and balance is important to help us to live our life
to the fullest.
