Questions : The welfare economy aims to increase the quality of the well-being of society. Hence,
it is very significant to the real estate industry and national economics.
Critically discuss with examples how the significance of welfare influences the real
estate industry and subsequently how this affects the national economy.

Objectives : 1) to identify the significance of welfare economies to the real estate industry
2) to investigate the influence of the above on the national economy.

Methods : 1) Secondary data – based on literature (minimum 2 articles)


2) Write an essay
3) Words limit 1000 words or 2 pages – Arial 12 single spacing (student will be
penalized if exceed the words limit)
4) Late submission will be penalized 5 marks per day
