Section IV: Preparing to Transition Off-Island
Throughout your time in medical school you have not only focused on mastering the material, but how
to get the most out of yourself possible. This includes perfecting your study environment and routine,
utilizing the right human and online resources, you and your peers holding each other accountable, and
prioritizing your own wellness to reach peak performance. Because many students find the transition
outside of the "med school bubble" difficult we want to help ensure significant thought and planning
goes into this important step.
