A stop watch is needed. Description: The height of bar should be adjusted so it is approximately equal to the pupil's standing height. The pupil should use an overhand grip. With the assistance of two supporters, one in front and one inthe back of Pupil. The pupil should raise the body off the floor to a position where the chin is above the bar, the elbows are flexed, and the chestis close to the bar. The pupil should hold this position as long as possible. Rules: 1. The stop watch is started as soon as possible as the subjects take the hanging positions. 2.
