The inventor of the cell phone was Martin Cooper, an American engineer
who in 1972/73 led the team that invented the first mobile phone. The
first mobile phone was created by the company “Motorola”.
The world's first cell phone call was made on April 3, 1973, when Martin
Cooper, called a rival telecommunications company and informed them
that he was talking on a cell phone.
In 1983, after years of development, Motorola introduced the first
consumer portable cell phone, the DynaTAC 8000x. Despite the $3,995
price tag, the phone was a hit.
Until the beginning of the 90s, the manufacture of mobile phones was
dominated by "Motorola", when the company "Nokia" arrived on the
market, becoming a real technological struggle.
Later, the Nokia company consolidated itself as a world leader in the
production of cell phones, its prototypes had special characteristics such
as: Mobile Internet access, availability of WAP connections.
APPLE
Steve Jobs, Apple's industry CEO, introduced his famous Apple iPhone
smartphone to the public in 1997.
This is the handset that really revolutionized the world of cell phones
across the world of telecommunication, becoming the cornerstone of
Smartphones. It was a team that featured a 3.5-inch multi-touch screen,
which covered a high percentage of the front of the phone.
Over time, more mobile phone brands emerged and more mobile phones
were produced, with a large investment in mobile phone technology
creating many applications, such as social networks and games.
