ADV GET PGET Hiring Program

Our Selection process:


Step I: Eligibility Criteria for Graduates and Post Graduates

No gaps are allowed between the curriculum courses.

Step II: Written Test


Test Paper Duration will be 60 minutes. There will be no negative marking. Paper will
test the Aptitude, Engineering concepts & candidates awareness of Automobile
industry.

Step III: Panel Interview


The interview will be a mix of technical & behavioural.

Step IV: Offer Letter


Subject to the candidate selected by the Panel, offer letter will be dispatched to
him/her.

Key Points:
 Candidate needs to go through selection process as defined by ADV TPL.

 After successful completion of process and selection, candidate is eligible for


2 phase training program. Please see training details below.

 Candidate needs to sign an employment agreement for a duration of 24


months in the beginning of Phase I training.

 Success of training program is driven by candidates’ adherence to training


schedule, practice and successful completion of assignments.

 Training program will be executed from ADV TPL office in offline mode.
