Invitation for Bid (IFB) - Wet Limestone based Flue Gas Desulphurisation System
And Auxiliaries (WLFGD)
Lalitpur Power Generation Company Limited (LPGCL) (“The Owner”), a part of ‘Bajaj Group’, intends to set-up Wet Limestone
based Flue Gas Desulphurisation and Auxiliaries Plant for its 1980 (3X660) MW Coal Based Thermal Power Plant at District
Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The Owner, invites sealed bids through ICB mode from eligible bidders for Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Inspection
and Testing at Supplier’s works, Packing, Forwarding to Owner’s site, Insurance, Unloading and Handling at site, Storage, Erection,
Supervision, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Completion of Facilities, Conducting Performance Guarantee tests and Handing
over to the OWNER - The complete Wet limestone based Flue Gas Desulphurisation system and auxiliaries including civil and
structural works for its 3X660 MW Coal based Super Critical Thermal Power Plant Units at Lalitpur.
Interested bidders are invited to collect Tender Documents on all working days between 11:00 hrs. to 16:00 hrs. (IST), by remitting
a non-refundable Tender Document fee of Rs. 50,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Thousand only) per set for Indian bidders and
US$ 700/- (US Dollar Seven Hundred only) per set for foreign bidders by Demand Draft or Pay Order drawn in favor of
“Lalitpur Power Generation Company Limited” payable at Noida/ Delhi, India. The sale period of Tender Documents is between
December 01, 2020 to December 30, 2020 Bidders are required to collect the Tender Documents in person, through their duly
authorized representative (who shall carry a certified copy of authorization from the bidder) from the address mentioned below:

reasons whatsoever.
Owner shall not be liable on any account in case of rejection of any bid or cancellation of bid process
at any stage.
