NOTICE
AKTU Enrollment/Examination registration of the Newly Admitted
Students, Session 2022-23
(B.Tech/B.Pharm/MBA/MCA-1st year & Lateral Entry-2nd year)

Ref: AKTU Circular No. ए०के०टी०यू०/कुस०का०/नामां कन/2023/14278 dated 03/01/2023

All the newly admitted students of session 2022-23 (1st year & 2nd year Lateral admitted
through any mode) are hereby informed that the AKTU enrollment process for the newly
admitted students will be done during 10/01/2023 to 20/01/2023 in the following Labs:

1. CAD Lab, D-Block : For B.Tech 1st year students admitted through AKTU Counselling
2. Room No. 006, E-Block : For Directly admitted students and other courses (all students)

In the first step of Enrollment, the following information will be required:

1. JEE Main Application No/CUET Roll No. for the students admitted through AKTU
Counselling
2. Pre-Registration number of the students admitted directly at college level
3. Copy of Marksheets of the qualifying exam (12th/Graduation/Diploma) for
entering Exam Roll No. & Marks in the form.
4. Active Mobile Number & Email Id for receiving OTP for validation.

After enrollment registration, students will get a link for documents uploading & payment
of AKTU Fee (Rs. 7865/-).

The documents uploaded on the enrollment form, will be then verified with the original
documents of students in the AKTU and the information related to the submission of the
original documents in the college will be communicated separately. In the meanwhile,
students are advised keep ready their original documents.

If any student fails to complete the enrollment process due to any reason then, he/she will not
be eligible to appear in the end semester examination.

Step by Step Process of AKTU Enrollment/Examination

/Examination Registration
Session: 2022-23
1. Enrollment Registration:
 Students whose seat allotted through AKTU Counselling:
These studentss are required to fill following information:
 Personal information
information: Some information is pre-filled filled and disable. Fill the
remaining information.
 Address for correspondence, Permanent Address
- Fill correspondence address. IIf permanent address is same as correspondence
address then select the Same checkbox given in the right corner of permanent
address box.
 Educational qualification details
- Board/University: Select correct Board/University as per your
qualification.
- CBSE board is showing as CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION
- ICSE board is showing as COUNCIL FOR THE INDIAN SCHOOL
CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION (CISE) (CISE).
- Board/University State: The student of B.Tech./B.Pharm. 1st year are
advised to select the State of School of class 12th. Other students will select
State as per their Board/University.
- B.Tech/B.Pharm
Pharm 1st year students will be required to select one Optional
subject from the list and then click on the ADD button. After that,that enter
Marks Obtained and Max. Marks in the respective subjects.
- Exam Roll No.: Fill Roll No. of qualifying exam (12th/Diploma/Graduation)
as applicable

- Please fill correct mobile number & email id because AKTU will send OTP on
that.
 On Clicking on the GO TO NEXT STEP button, Students will get an OTP on their
mobile number & email id for validation.
 After
ter OTP validation, an automated SMS & Email will be sent to the student with
the provisional enrollment registration number and link for online payment of
University (AKTU) Fee & document uploading.

 Students admitted directly at college level through Merit Based Selection

Process and having PrePre-Registration on AKTU Portal:
 The students will provide their Pre-registration number to the faculty/Lab
Tech/staff who are deputed for the enrollment registration work. After entering

registration number, the student details will be auto filled in the form.
Students should verify their Mobile No. & Email ID already filled in the form. In
case of any concern related to the mobile number/email id,

staff for correction.
 Students will get an OTP on their mobile number & email id for validation.
 After OTP validation, an automated SMS & Email will be sent to the student with

 Login through the link received on mobile/email from AKTU after enrollment registration

 Upload Photo, Thumb and Sign, if not showing on the AKTU portal (below
( 50kb .jpg).
 Choose the respective scanned document in PDF format (below

 Fill the information i.e. Certificate No. / Roll No. and Certificate Issue Date (as mentioned
on the certificate) and click the Upload button.
 The uploaded document will be listed under Uploaded document summary.

 Fill the required information on the page i.e. Aadhar card no., qualification details etc
etc.
Please note that board state of 10th /12th should be filled as
s per your school State (i.e.
where your school was situated).
 Select the I Agree check box and Click on the link Pay Now and pay the AKTU Fee Rs.
7865/- which includes Examination, Enrollment & Digital Library Fee.

 ON-LINE through ““Internet Banking” option
 OFF-LINE through ““SBI Branch Payment” option
- Fill Name, Mobile No & Email ID >>Generate Challan >>Print Challan >>
Deposit Challan with amount in cash at the nearest branch of State Bank of
India (SBI).

4. Examination Form submission

 Examination Form will be filled at college level.

5. Final Submit:
 Thehe enrollment form completed in all respect will be final submitted at the
college level.

6. Document Verification:
 The information related to the submission of the original documents in the
college will be communicated later.
