Steps of learning:

Agenda: Discuss Learning Curve for internal ServiceNow Administrator Certification

Learning path to be followed:


Step 1:
- Read CSA Exam specification blue print to understand scope of the exam
Step 2:
- Login to Lex (Infosys Learning Platform)
- Search for �ServiceNow Administration�
- Complete related trainings for this certification
Note:
- ServiceNow Developer/Implementation related trainings are optional and good
to know. Hence, can be looked through for overview, if interested.
- In addition to Lex trainings, enroll (after agreement with Mohit) for web
based classroom trainings � if available for your country/region
Step 3:
- Login to ServiceNow Developer website
- Upon login, on the Menu Bar, click on �Learn� tab � then �Learning Plans�
- Here, you shall see list of trainings provided by ServiceNow
- Launch and complete �New to ServiceNow� & �ServiceNow Administrator� training

Step 4:
- Upon completion of trainings, read Flashcards here & here
- Study dumps � attached with this email
- Take up mock test here.
Note: Answers available on any of the above source could be incorrect and are for
reference only. Hence, apply your learning at this stage. Reach out to team members
in case of any queries or confusion with answers.

Step 5:
- In parallel to Step 2, 3 & 4, book your slot (if applicable) for internal
exam which is to be completed before 31st March 2019
- If slot booking is not required, to take up the internal certification exam,
login to Learning Hub
o Search for �ITSM_ServiceNow administrator�
o From the displayed result, click on Certification tab, then click on first
box on left side named �ITSM_ServiceNow administrator�
o Click on the Book a Slot button
o In the pop-up window, select location as onsite to take up exam from your
desk (select offshore to take up exam from designated training room)
Step 6:
- Complete External Certification: We will guide you on this upon successful
completion of your internal certification.
