Booth Making Competition

II. Registration

1. The event is open to all sub-organizations of the Department of


Education, namely:
2.A.1. Bachelor of Elementary Education
2.B.2.Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in ENGLISH
2.C.3. Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in FILIPINO
2.D.4.Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in MATH
2.E.5. Early Childhood Education
2.F.6.Bachelor of Arts in Communication

2. Each sub-organization may register a performers with a 10-20


participants only through the google form.
3. Participants must submit a properly completed registration
form via google form by the specified deadline.

III.CONTEXTS OF COMPETITION
3. 1. Booth Making Contest is an open competition of Designing and
Decorating your booth of assign area.
3.2. It is open for all bonafide students in College of Education and
College of Communication students of PHINMA- Cagayan de Oro
College for the S.Y. 2022-2023.

IV. Particular Rules

4.1. The participants must build one booth per department.


4.2. Only the students of the department or organization can participate in
the booth construction.
4.3. Each booth must have customized signage and/or design that will
represent their department or major.
4.4. The materials to be used should be an artistic blend of recycled or
indigenous materials.
4.5. Each Department or Major should have selected 2 Representatives to
give some overview of their design during the judging day.
4.6. Selling of stuff or food in your booth is allowed.
4.7. Displaying inappropriate and deadly materials are strictly prohibited,
the department who violated these rules is automatically disqualified.
4.8. The size of the booth depends on how big the tent the ESBO can
provide.
4.9. The Education Student Body Organization (ESBO) will provide the tent.
4.9. The booths should either offer fun games and showcase your major or
department.
4.10. FACULTY or ADVISER are NOT ALLOWED to assist in set up or operation
of the booth.
4.11. Booth should AIM to be appealing to the audience or set of Judges.
4.12. The Event Head will monitor every 30 minutes.
V. Criteria for Judging
Originality and Creativity 40%
Cleanliness/Neatness 30%
Theme or Symbolic Presentation 20%
Appearance and Presentation. 10%
TOTAL: 100%

VI. Prizes

Placement Amount
1st Place 1000
2nd Place 700
3rd Place 500

VII. Others

1. All submissions of registration shall be sent to


[email protected]. Every late submission will not
accepted.
2. A violation in this IRR will be automatically disqualified from the
competition.
3. The judges’ decision will be final and irrevocable. A competing
participants can only complain through a written appeal.
4. The event head has the only jurisdiction to any revisions of this IRR.
