1. System overview
TMS is the terminal remote maintenance management system, the main functions
include equipment management, application installation and unloading upgrade,
system update, parameter download, log return, software information and so on.

2. Quick guide

2.1. System login


Log in the TMS test website:http://161.117.227.231:8080/singapore/login.action
After logging in successfully, you can click the picture in the upper right
corner of the system home page to change the account information and password.。

2.2. Data center


2.2.1. Equipment management
2.2.1.1. Device registration
1. After entering the homepage, the first thing to do is to register your device
with TMS.
2. Each terminal device must be registered with TMS before TMS can be used to
control the terminal device.
3. Find the basic information menu on the home page, expand and enter the device
management, and register the device.
Depending on the specific usage scenario, TMS provides two device registration
methods for ease of administration: automatic registration and manual registration.
Specific steps:
1. Automatic registration:
The new device will automatically register after starting up and
connecting to the network;Enter the data center - device management, find
or search for the serial number of the corresponding device.The left tree
is the organization tree, and the page shows all the devices under the

current primary operator by default. Click the corresponding secondary
organization to view the equipment information of each organization (the
same is true on other pages).
After the device information is searched, you can check whether the
device has been successfully registered. After the device registration, you
need to wait for 5 minutes before you can operate push and other relevant
information.
2. Manual registration:
Add registration for a single device: enter the data center -- device
management -- add, fill in the device information and submit it. After the
device registration is successful, it will take 5 minutes to operate the
push function.

Batch registration for multiple devices: enter the data center -- device
management -- import, download the template file first, upload the file
after filling in the required options, and wait 5 minutes to operate the
push function after the device registration is successful.
Click the export button to export the device data that is currently
queried.
Attention : Since manual registration is more complicated and
error-prone than automatic registration, automatic registration is
recommended.

2.2.1.2. Device information


1. In the device management list, click the serial number to view the detailed information
of the device. Click query to view the current status of the device.

2. In the operation item of each line of data, you can also check the log of the device,
software information, and the device deactivation.

3. Click modify to enable the report of device location information and the time interval of
automatic report of modified device information.

2.2.1.3. Device disabled/enabled


In the operation bar of the device management home page, you can deactivate/enable the device.
When the device is deactivated, the device will not be used properly and the push operation in the
background will not be possible

2.2.2. Device grouping


The main benefit of grouping devices is that they can be installed, upgraded and upgraded in
batches to simplify operation and maintenance.For example, when you need to install a payment
application for a batch of devices, you can set up the application group and add these devices to
the group. Then you can put the application on the shelf for manual installation of grouping
devices, or push it directly to automatic installation and upgrade of grouping devices.Similarly,
different application groups or system upgrade package groups can be established.In this way, the
operation and maintenance will be more convenient, a group can add more than one device, a
device can also belong to more than one group.
Specific steps: find the data center -- device grouping -- add, enter the group name and note
and submit after confirmation, and then assign devices to the group in two ways: 1: add device
item 2: batch import device group.
2.1:Add device items find - set - add, assign devices to groups (check the check box to add
more than one device at a time), click save the selected device after adding, and add successfully.

2.2:Bulk import device grouping


Click setup - import, download the template first, fill in the template according to the
requirements in the template, then select the template you have filled in, and submit.

2.3. Application market


2.3.1. Application management
2.3.1.1. Add
Into application market - application management - click on add, enter the add App page,
select the App install package, icon, etc will be options, then click on the shelves submit audit, the
audit after successful devices available in the market to see the App's information, (the set of
equipment), click on the application from the shelves, equipment side will not be able to look at it.

2.3.1.2. Edit
Once you are on the change page, you can change information other than the package name
and installation package version number.

2.3.1.3. Application for upgrade


When you enter the upgrade application, you can replace the higher version of the application.
Click upgrade history to view the historical version information of the application.

2.4. File upgrade management


In the file management can be firmware, system, parameter files to add, modify, up and down,
visible range and other operations.

2.4.1.1. Add
Click the add button to enter the add page. First, download the configuration file template.
Input the file information of the installation package as required by the template.
Click the shelf application after the completion of the addition. After the review, devices
within the visible range can take the initiative to obtain the upgrade information of the file
package.

2.4.1.2. Edit
After clicking modify, you can modify the information of the upgrade file and the visible
range.

2.5. Push tasks


In the push task, the application can be installed, uninstalled, log return, software information
return, firmware upgrade, file push and other mobile push operations, among which the
application installation can also specify whether the application can be actively uninstalled at the
device end during the push;The log and software information can be viewed and downloaded in
the data center - device management after the device return.In the main interface of push task,
click details to view the message receiving status of push device.Click the batch number to view
the pushed content of this push.

2.6. Account information


2.6.1. Organization management
Organization:In other words, it is the secondary operator under the current and operation.
The primary operator can create an agency account for the secondary operation in the agency
management and assign equipment to it.Secondary institutions can use the account to manage
these devices independently.
Attention:In equipment management, application management, firmware, tier 1 operators
can view to its own and belong to secondary data, but as well as the carrier of any active upgrades
query and push operation, such as the installation of the level of operational updates only the
direct management of the equipment, which is the secondary operators can only view, push their
management equipment, and the level of operators under the account, which can be a secondary
institutions updates, and push it to the secondary equipment.

2.6.1.1. Add Organization


Click the add button in the organization management page, enter the name, code, login
account and other necessary information, and after submission, you can grant authority, assign
equipment, reset password and other operations for the secondary organization.
Grant authority: tick the authority that needs to be granted to the secondary institution and
submit it;
Device allocation: click device-add device, and then you can assign devices to the secondary
organization through multiple selection or import file.
Attention:The DSN number of the device must be registered with the first-class operator
account before normal allocation.When the first level operator grants the authority of the second
level organization, it is necessary to check the organization management to avoid the second level
organization from creating the second level organization again.

2.6.2. Role management


Both primary operators and secondary institutions can create their own roles, which can be
used to create accounts at the same level to grant different permissions.First, click add. After
entering the name, click the permission button in the action bar to assign the permission.Note:

when creating new roles, do not assign organizational management to other roles to avoid more
risk than necessary.

2.6.3. Account management


Both primary operators and secondary agencies can create their own log-in accounts at the
same level and assign roles with different permissions.

2.7. Visibility introduction and push introduction


Scope of visibility: when adding App application and file upgrade management, you need to
configure visibility, that is, which devices can actively query the file package.
Push target: a device that can be moved immediately.
Attention: when pushing App and upgrading files, it is necessary to check the information
such as the applicable model and software version of the pushed file and whether it matches the
device to be pushed.There are six visible ranges (push mode):
