A. They recruited only part time employees to deal with the latest customer.
The problems an employer faces are that part time employees are having
lack of sincerity towards crucial responsibilities. There is lack of necessary
technological contact.

B. Samantha introduced a proper formal project management process. She


created a project management manual and trained the employees to get
the work done.

C. They have many part time employees but keep few full timers. Provide
proper training to your employees. They should be guided well. It is lacking a
roadmap approach to project management. They were no project software’s
were available for scheduling. They did not have tools or techniques to
estimate budget. They had no defined process for risk management and
quality management.
D. Customer care services business like starting into the fashion industry.
Setting up a mobile industry. Typically we could face these type of similar
situation.

E. Yes, Samantha has actively dealt with the problems faced by them. She had
been successful in eliminating the majority of the issues. She will continue to
work with them for a long time because of her insight and ability to handle
employees. The technical knowledge can be gained over a period of time.
