Know All Men By These Presents:

I, HAYDEE JABAT ARAZA, married, residents of Brgy. Tanza Enrique B. Magalona, Negros
Occidental, Philippines, all of legal age and Filipino citizens, after having sworn, do hereby
appoint SONIA GOSIAOCO BANGKIL, of legal age , Filipino citizen, married and a resident of
#68 Durian st. Imperial Homes III Subd. Manduriao Iloilo City, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, to act in my name, places and stead and may do any and every lawful act
and exercise any and every power that I might or could do or exercise through any other person.

This power of of Attorney shall be construed and interpreted as a special or limited power
of Attorney and shall apply to our rights and interests derived from my predecessors-in-
interests, ARSENIO C. JABAT and PRECIOSA SALINAS JABAT, in a parcel of land situated at ,

The following enumeration of specific items, acts, rights or powers in this instrument si
limited or restricted to the following:

1. Represent me in any instrument, document or deed that may involve my rights,


ownership and interests in the above said parcel of land, including deeds of extra-judicial
adjudication of estates, deeds of sale, contracts to sell, and similar instances, affidavits,
subdivision or partition agreements, and other instruments in writing of whatever kind and
nature as may be necessary in the exercise of the rights and powers granted in this instrument
or documents;
2. Represent me before the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the City Assessor’s and
Treasurer’s offices, the Registry of Deeds for the City of Iloilo, and the Department of Agrarian
Reform (including its Provincial or Municipal offices), Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board,
Department of Environment and Natural Resources, National Irrigation Administration, and any
other government office or agency, and any of their division or department, and therewith
submit, transact, negotiate, process and receive any document (including clearances and
certifications) in relation to the herein authorities, the payment of all taxes, fees and expenses
and the transfer of the registration of the subject parcel of land and improvement, and any other
document in relation hereto;
3. Sign, endorse, execute, acknowledge, deliver, receive and possess such document
or information (whether confidential or not), including documents indicated in paragraph [1] and
all that may be required by the offices indicated in paragraph [2];
4. To Irrevocably assign ___________________ and ___________________, or their
authorized representative, as substitute to perform the authorities provided herein;
5. In general, to do all other acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever in or about
my affairs indicated herein, and doing all acts, deeds, matters and things therein, either
particularly or generally described, as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as we
could do in our own persons if personally present and competent.
