Eligibility- All courses from all years

Kama, an initiative of Apna Campus that aims to empower the


spreading awareness about sexuality-related topics.Kama vertical is a
culturally sensitive approach to breaking the taboo associated with
sexuality education in India.

Internship profiles-
1. Graphic Designer Interns
2. Content Writer Interns
3. Script Writer Interns
4. Human Resources Intern

Roles & responsibilities-


Graphic designer
● Create and design various posts for social media and websites.
● Brainstorming with a team to create a new concept.

Content writer
● Research on industry related topics by combining online
sources, interviews and studies.
● Deliver quality writing pieces.
● Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to
increase web traffic.

Script writer
● Research on industry related topics by combining online
sources, interviews and studies.
● Regularly write various scripts for youtube channels.
● Edit content produced by other members of the team.
● Collaborate with other members to create innovative content
ideas.
● Ensure compliance with the laws & policies of Google (e.g.
copyright)
● Stay up-to-date with developments & generate new ideas to
draw the audience’s attention.

Human resource
● Update our internal databases with new employee information,
including contact details and employment forms.
● Screen resumes and application forms.
● Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
● Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages
and social networks.
● Prepare HR-related reports as needed.

Skills required
Graphic designer
● Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition,
colour and other graphic design fundamentals.
● Working knowledge of software or tools like adobe photoshop,
adobe illustrator, canva etc.

Content writer
● Writing and Editing skills in both english & hindi
● Basic knowledge of SEO

Script writer
● Writing and Editing skills in both English & Hindi language
● Can present content in a fun & interactive way

Human resources
● Experience with MS Office
● Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
● Basic knowledge of labour legislation

Type of internship- Work from home

Duration- 3 months( flexible working hours)

Selection procedure- The selection process will be based on an


interview as well as a demo task.

Deadline- 20 December, 2022

2. Students applying for the opportunity are


subjected to being blacklisted if they:
(a) Apply and do not sit/appear for further selection processes
(b) Leave the internship/job before it's completion without any
reasonable reason.
(c) Are unprofessional with the placement cell team i.e. are
unresponsive to calls and mails sent by the cell or are rude and act as
a hindrance to the placement cell members during the selection
process.
