SCRIPT FOR GRADUATION

MC- Good afternoon everyone, I’m alvar Atibing , one of the senior high school teachers here in vcis
I’ll be your master of ceremonies for today.

I’m delighted to be here to our 1 st commencement exercises with a theme:’ kto 12 graduates:
pursuing dreams and fostering resilience in the future of adversity’ which means by pursuing your
goals you have to manifest for good results, dream it cultivate experience in the midst of adversity,
before we begin this ceremony, let me remind you to turn your cellphones to silent mode and be
courteous to those around by refraining from taking aloud.

During the presentation of graduates, we encourage you to esxpress your pride by applauding and
cheering, but the use of horns expressly forbidden.

The month of may is one of the most awaited months on the part of the students as well as ofcoure
the parents, who for their first time ever see their son or daughter be one of those members of the
graduating class of 2022, I am pretty sure that its been already a month-long waiting and come into
reality this day.. on the 14th day of may here at Victorian community international school inc.

Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year 2021-2022, its been
almost already that we have witness how these students proved their worth to become a member of
this years graduating, despite the pandemic they showed power and enthusiasm just to survive this
school year, it marks the conclusion of an educational journey and the commencement of another
more uncertain and more difficult part of man’s quest for a better life and future. Truly, today
signifies the culmination of many years hardwork in the relentless pursuit of knowledge: knowledge
that will enable a person to embrace opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision of
purpose,with that we owe everything to you.

So, to start with, I just want to greet the people who grace the affair. To our distinguished and highly
esteemed members of the Victorian community international school inc. led by the dynamic and
supportive CEO/School president Bishop Pablo Palis , the epitome and empowered woman and a
great school principal Mrs. Emelda M Mendoza, to our members of the board of trustees , faculty
members , parents, guardians, guest, investors and friends ladies and gentlemen a pleasant,
welcoming and joyous afternoon.

At this point in time….

( requesting the graduates ,parents, faculty members, administrative staff, board of trustees visitors
to please proceed at the groundfloor for the grand marching) requesting also the teachers to please
assist our honorable administrative staff , graduates and parents.

Ladies and gentlemen, help me welcome the entering of the graduates of class 2022 with their
respective guardians ,faculty members, administrative staff, board of trustees and visitors.

Please remain standing as we pay tribute to our national flag, opening prayer to be led to us by
pastor bacabac and to be followed by the doxology to be given to us by some selected grade 11
senior high school students of vcis Zamboanga hermosa and school hymn
To set the tone for this afternoon’s event, let us put our hands together to Mrs. Emelda Mendoza,
the school principal , to give the welcome address once again lets give her around of applause, thank
you, for that heart-warming speech.

At this point in time, let us now here the message from our superivisor for private,school senior
specialist , pls give a hand to Mr. Vinnie Gerrad Elicano.

And now, the main highlight for today’s affair is about to unfold in our amidst.To the honors of
presenting this year’s candidates for graduation , may I have on the stage the School principal none
other than Mrs. Emelda M. Mendoza to be followed right away by the acceptance and confirmation
of the graduates and message by no less than our superivisor for private school, senior specialist Mr.
Vinnie Gerrad Elicano.

Today’s affair graced by a special man who will in a minute deliver his words of wisdom to our
graduates, to get to know more of him, may we call on the stage our very senior high school
coordinator Mrs. Ma. Bonica Venus to the honors in introducing our guest speaker.

prepared in near the future)

May we have on stage once more our, school principal mrs emelda M. mendoza assisted by the
school president bishop Pablo palis, for the awarding of the plaque of appreciation to our guest of
speaker.

A certificate of graduation is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in a certain level of

And now the most awaited part of our programme, especially for the parents and students who will
be awarded, let us move on to the awarding of medals and certificates to honors, deserving
students. Again may I call in our, school principal Mrs Emelda M Mendoza assisted by our school
president Bishop Pablo Palis and requesting the parent of our awardees to be also on stage once
your son or daughter is being awarded.

During the brigada eskwela last may 2022, students from different strands come together to help,
and serve our school but, there is one who truly exemplify well in providing service to our school.
This year’s service award goes to from the information, communication and technology.she Is none
other Madelyn mubin Congratulations, thank for rendering your power to lead.

At this time let’s now recognize the following students who are character oriented , to present to us

It is said the quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to his commitment to excellence
regardless of the chosen field of endeavor.

Congratulations once again to the graduates and special awardees. I bet your parents are indeed so
proud of your achievement. No doubt of that, I’m sure.

Music is the expression of the soul, it moves emotions and feels with the movement of time, through
a song that emphasize the strength amidst challenges, let us hear the graduates to sing ‘a million
dreams’

At this juncture, To lead the class in their pledge of loyalty, may I call on Dianna Michaella Cruz from
science and technology and engineering mathematics

At this point in time, let us now hear an inspirational message by our very supportive school
president bishop Pablo palis, let us give him a round of applause.
Farewell is not about saying good bye to one another but, it is a beginning of trail to treasure and
navigate life, once again let us now here again the graduates to sing farewell song entitled” farewell
to you my friend”

To sum up the graduation ceremony , I would like to call on stage, Mrs Mellisa kate Pereyra our
school registrar for the closing remarks . Lets give her a round of applause.

The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrows, new challenges and opportunities await to our
graduates that will test their mettle as improving individuals as they continue with their journey,
may they look back to this stage in their life with fondness and pride, as you are the pioneering
graduates of VCIS.

From the bottom of our hearts, We congratulate you for a job well done! Especially to your parents
who are here to support and guide you in making the hopes of your dreams.
