TEACHING INTERNSHIP PLAN
2nd Semester, s/y 2021-2022
I. Educ 10- Teaching Internship
This course is a one semester full time teaching internship in basic education schools using a clinical approach under the
mentorship of a cooperating teacher. Teaching internship shall be done both in the in-campus or off-campus if possible. No academic
courses shall be taken together with teaching internship. A teaching portfolio shall be required and the completion of the action research.

III. Monitoring and Evaluation
Cooperating Teachers of the Student Interns are the faculty from the College of Education who are assigned to teach major
specialization/ major courses. Each cooperating teacher, with the supervising teacher will be checking lesson plans, evaluating recorded
videos and observing synchronous Demonstration Teaching of the Student Interns using the classroom instructional observation sheet
from the University Internship Manual and the Demo-teaching Evaluation Form for the Final Demonstration Teaching. Synchronous Final
Demonstration Teaching will be conducted by the Student Interns with invited Panel from the DepEd schools/ Cooperating Schools.
