Project Description: The building comprises of Basement + Ground +7 floor in FEREEJ

BINMAHMOUD – Doha (4915.17 sq.mt). Basement comprises with 35 car parking and
super structure comprises 35 flats. It is a framed structure with flat slab system & raft
Foundation. Lateral stability isprovided by lift core walls & Shear Walls.

Project Name: GULF STONE TRADING & CONTRACTING CO.

Project Description: The Project comprises of Material Store Building (B+G), Labor
accommodation (G+2), Showroom Building (G+M) & Office Building (G+1) in AL-
WAKRALOGISTICS PARK – Doha. Material Store Building is Steel Structure with
Basement. Other buildings are framed structure with flat slab system & isolated footing.

Project Name: MOSQUE- RCC & PRECAST Building

Project Description: The building comprises of Ground floor in Doha (1800 sq.mt).
Ground floor comprises with prayer hall and other accommodation rooms. It is a Dual
system structure with Isolated Foundation. Mosque tower is designed as full shear wall
(30m). Prayer hall Area is large span of 16m covered by hollow core slab.

Project Name: AL-NAJAH AUTOMATIC TILES & BLOCKS FACTORY

Project Description: In this project Accommodation and Factory Showroom of

Ground floor+2 in Doha (2200sq.mt). Ground floor comprises with Showroom and
other floor is office. Accommodation Building is G+5 for labors. It is a framed structure
with Isolated Footing. Lateral stability is provided by lift core walls.

Project Name: G+M SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES STORE

Project Description: The PEB building comprises of ground and Mezzanine in BERKET
ALAWAMER Doha (792.8 sq.mt).This steel structure, analysis and design done by
SAP2000 & Prokon.
Project Name: AL- DIQQA FOR FOODSTUFFS TRADING
Project Description: The PEB building comprises of ground and Mezzanine in AL
WAKRA LOGISTICS PARK Doha (3420 sq.mt). It is steel structure, analysis and design
by SAP 2000. & Prokon.

Project Name: G+3 Residential Villa

Project Description: In this residential villa project Basement + Ground floor+3 in

Doha (3500sq.mt). 4 lift core walls are provided for later stability.

Apart from above, have done more than 100+ villa projects and commercial
building projects with basements in Qatar, by using American & British codes for
structural designing. Buildings are designed framed structures and foundation is
isolated and raft footings (with basement).

Project Description: The building comprises of stilt+ 8 floor at Bangalore, Karnataka

(8200sq.mt). Stilt floor serve car parking and 1st – 8th floors accommodate flats. It is a
Dual system structure with raft foundation. Lateral stability is provided by shear walls.
Project Name: Udgam School Building-Precast Building

Project Description: The building comprises of Ground floor + 6 floor at Jodhpur,

Gujarat
(1200 sq.mt). It is a framed structure with Strip Foundation. Long span hollow core
slab are used Lateral stability is provided by staircase shear walls.

Project Name: PG hostel building-RCC Building

Project Description: The building comprises of B1 + Ground floor + 6 floor at
Bangalore, India(3000 sq.mt). It is a framed structure with Raft Foundation. Retaining
walls provided in Basement.
