Sub: Liaison Service Charges for using your links and Technical Support for
obtaining the YYY Project.

Dear Sir,

We are very much pleased to inform you that we are interested in taking-up
above Project on EPC / Item Rate // Back to Back

We would like to appoint your Company as our consultant for above said
work. We would like to utilize your services for technical support and all
other aspects in our favor.

We agree that in the event of the project is awarded to Our JV with your
influence / effort, we will pay -% of the value of Project.

The following are payment schedules

1. An advance of $ . ... will be paid at the time of siging this


Committment.

2. After receiving LOA / LOI 50% of the Fees (after dedcuting $ –


advance paid) will be paid

3. After receiving the Mobilisation Advance / at the time of the start the
works at site which ever is earlier the balance 1% fees will be paid.

A PDC of Rs. ___________/- bearing Cheque No. ________ is given as a


security.
