satisfy each customers wants and desires by offering delicious items at affordable rates and
distinctive services. As well as promoting good customer relationships.

GOAL
Pastillas tooth main goal is to serve costumer with high quality products manufactured
with only fresh, healthy and high quality ingredients. I will make sure that I will make every
effort to provide my customers with excellent service. I hope that by doing so, I will recommend
by our devoted Trecenos customers for advertisements

SETTING STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

LONG TERM OBJECTIVES


Pastillas tooth has set long term goals in order to achieve business growth. To
be able to produced 50 000 units of Pastiyema per year with a 20% annual growth rate.
As the next years Pastillas tooth objective is to attain 60 000 units of Pastiyema. Each
Pastiyema was priced 5 pesos. My business prefer to attain Php 500 000 pesos in the
first five years of managing this firm

SHORT TERM OBJECTIVES


Pastillas tooth has set short term goals that must be met in order for the
business to expand

1. To sell 50 000 units of Pastiyema equivalent of 50 000 units x PHP 5= 250 000 pesos
2. To be able to generate a net income worth of PHP 200 000 per year within a year’s
time
3. To be able to access and advertise my product which is Pastiyema through online
and face to face transaction in Trece Martires City Cavite and the surrounding
municipalities

Product strategy
I always believed in offering the best goods (foods). My business objective is to give items to our
customers that are both easy and high-quality. My product will be affordable to everybody and
will be delivered to the customer's delight.
Sales promotion strategy
As a business owner, we provide a discount to customers who wish to buy a large quantity of
pastiyema. With public relations, we will also produce a good impression. With Personal
Selling, we will develop relationships. Our main goal is to track down the most devoted
customers. Our goal is to boost revenue through sales promotions.
Pricing Strategy
Pastillas Tooth will continue an affordable price for the customers and the customers have
choices to decide whether they like to buy per box or per pieces.
