Introduction
Certain advantages could be associated with the presence of policy that includes, it helps the staff
to make decisions efficiently. It could also help in providing certain instructions for performing
tasks, creating confidence and reduction of biases associated with decisions making.
Communication is the most important factor in forming a good collaboration. On the regular
basis, as an assistant professor, I will be using numerous platforms for communication to
promote as well as develop professional teamwork. We use a variety of communication tools to
collaborate with parents, institutions, as well as other stakeholders so that everyone is aware of
what is going on during the day. Many people have complicated demands that are hard to
manage, so getting help from another is essential. Institutions get varying levels of education and
specialize in assisting.

Task A: Research Report

1.1 define the concepts of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and
training
Professionalism is defined as a powerful quality that could be used to allow a person to fulfil the
roles being associated according to the best of their ability that could help in impressing and
inspiring people related while giving a deep sense of satisfaction and self-worth. It is seen that
professionalism could be associated as a practice that could be used for constant achievement of
higher standards that are visible and could be achieved more easily. Certain characteristics could
be associated with professionalism that includes, competence, presence of knowledge, being
conscious, respecting the integrity of users associated while respecting and achieving of
emotional intelligence of a person effectively.

The professionalism that is being associated with teaching could be defined as the concept that is
associated with a field while considering several dimensions associated including, sociology,
ideology and educational related dimensions which are associated to be aiming towards the
achievement of higher standards that could be associated with the profession of teaching that is
based on the formation of professional, considering knowledge, skill and values being
associated. It is seen that the field of education could lead to indicate professionalism being
associated in teaching while is associated to improve some of the standards and quality
associated with professionalism that is associated with teaching while led to improvement of
efficiency and image associated with public.

Dual Professionalism, on the other hand, is defined as the process in which teaching and learning
is being considered sophisticated processes that could lead to exhibiting any kind of occupational
expertise and experiences that could easily be combined with teaching and learning-related
processes. Dual professionalism is not associated with a new concept that might be associated
with technology as well as the education sector. The practice of this term could lead to bringing
of certain new knowledge while understanding is associated with the teaching team. It is seen
that this could be used for support to reflect the way which could lead to meet professional
standards while making a focus on the development of profession which could lead to
enhancement of teaching process and led to improvement learning-based experiences for all the
learners associated.

To teach in the UK an individual should have a degree, a PGCE- Postgraduate in Education

programme which is of one year. It is a route to enter the teaching field in the UK. An individual
should also combine academic studies on the college campus having a minimum of 24 weeks on
school placement. After that, an individual gets trained towards Qualified Teacher Status by
following a programme of ITT- Initial Teacher Training which is training provided to the
teachers before recruiting for a school in the UK. Having a degree of Qualified Teacher Status is
an added advantage for teaching in schools. An individual should have also achieved a minimum
requirement in GCSE Maths, Science and English if an individual wish to teach students
studying in primary school. To teach at the college level in the UK an individual should have a
certificate in education. An individual must achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Education and
Training having specialization in numeracy, literacy and ESOL- English for Speakers of Other
Languages.

Professional Standards required

● The teachers should set high expectations that will inspire, encourage and challenge
students.
● They should encourage good progress and results by students.
● Teachers should have good subject knowledge and curriculum knowledge.
● They should engage themselves in planning and teaching a well-structured lesson.
● Teachers should modify teaching that will help students to strengthen their learning and
fulfil the needs of the students.
● Teachers should make use of assessment in a productive and accurate manner.
● Teachers should also be able to effectively manage the behaviour in order to make sure
that a safe and good learning environment is provided to the students.
● They should also fulfil all the professional responsibilities.

1.2 explain ways in which professional values influence own practice area of specialism
Professional values are the standards associated with the behaviour that could be associated with
the performance which could be used for providing a basic framework that could be used to sue
certain beliefs as well as attitudes which could lead to influencing the basic behaviour. The
development is done for the professional values could be associated as one a continuous as well
as the long process which could be influenced by several different factors indeed.

Professional values are aspects that could lead to influence the sustainability when teaching is
being done. It is seen that teaching is associated as a crucial aspect that could help in making
learning easier for students (Huda and Teh, 2018). The values that could be associated include,
treating the students as well as staff with respect while making insurance of the boundaries with
them. It is seen that professional values could be used by the teachers to measure all kinds of
characters tics that are associated with the teaching process and professionals being associated
with it like sharing of responsibilities, honesty, attitudes, integrity, cooperation, loyalty and other
assessments associated with the students that could help in conducting an effective behaviour
with them.

2.1 explain ways in which the following factors influence educational policy
● Social: A social factor is known as one that could lead to influence several individuals
that are a part of the society. It is seen that education could be associated as an aspect that
could help individuals and children to have knowledge and skills that are necessary for
economically advancing themselves and the nation. Certain social factors could influence
the education policy that includes, the level of the income of the family, the level of their
education, race and gender of associated people and many others. All of this could help in
influencing the quality as well as availability associated with education while leading to
education to improve certain circumstances (Saffady, 2021).
For example, economic inequality is where the family who is financially stable have
ample of resources- time and money so they can give the best education to their children
and they have the capability to buy them the required material for studying because of
their employment status. The parents in this family are also highly educated hence they
can also teach their students. This huge gap in education might endanger the future
economic growth of the country. This gap can be filled by raising the standards of living,
encouraging participation, providing employment and training, identifying the difference
in the performance of the students of minority groups and students coming from wealthy
families and responding to the effects of migration and immigration.

● Political: Political factors could lead to influence the policy of education associated. It is
seen that admins associated with the school could be associated with it while it could be
associated in form of favours being given to employees for the expenses that are not a
part of the good grace of the school administration. For example, Economic growth,
analysing of the educational policies with regards to ideological underpinning, European
Union and government legislations, national and devolved government responsibility for
business, economic and skills development, government policy, political stability and
instability, corruption, tax policy, labour law, foreign trade policy (FTP), trade
restrictions and environmental policy.
● Economic: An economic factor is defined as one that could lead to affect as well as
influence the financial status of an individual. The factors that might affect it could
include, education, the status of employment of the people associated with the school and
its working and the income of people associated with the working of the school. For
example, taxation policy, stability of the economy across the globe, the behaviour of the
consumer, exchange rates, and interest rates. Moreover, economic factors like business
and enterprise directives, funding mechanisms and streams, internal funding paradigms,
budgetary restrictions and income generation. The education policy is also affected by the
income level of the family, level of education of parents, gender and race. This gap can
be filled by reflecting on local employment needs, identifying and addressing local and
regional gaps in skills, establishing connections with commercial and business activity,
responding to and encouraging employment opportunities, collaborations and
partnerships, effects of globalization and encouraging investments.
4.1 explain key aspects of the following in an organisation:

● Policies: Policies are known as a certain set of rules that are required to be practised by
the people associated with the organization and its working. Certain advantages could be
associated with the presence of policy that includes, it helps the staff to make decisions
efficiently. It could also help in providing certain instructions for performing tasks,
creating confidence and reduction of biases associated with decisions making. It could
also lead to protecting staff to act in a manner which could lead to endangering the
employment associated with them.
● Codes of practice: The presence of a code of practice is associated as one that could lead
to encouragement of discussion of certain kinds of ethics as well as compliance which
could lead to empowering of all the employees to lead in the handling of any kind of
ethical dilemmas which could be encountered for everyday work indeed.
● Guidelines: Making guidelines for the organization is associated as an aspect that could
lead to making the organization an effective way to work in a confined area. It is seen
that there could be several advantages being associated with the making of guidelines that
includes, providing workers with knowledge of what is expected from them, and making
rules and guidelines for making an effective decision (Laverack, 2019).
Task B
3.1 the roles of stakeholders and external bodies in education and training.
A stakeholder includes someone who is engaged with the company; they might be individuals,
parties, or institutions who are impacted by the company's business activities. There seem to be
two kinds of stakeholders: externally and internally.

● Internal investors are teams inside the commercial that are: The teachers, parents,
students, midday assistants, as well as support staff (Silva et al. 2019).
● An external investor is the group of external occupational that are: The local authority,
government, trainers, social workers neighbours, community, suppliers, and agencies
(Okai-Ugbaje et al. 2020).

Educational stakeholders have participation inside the curriculum as well as have the ability to
affect the educational curriculum function that is developed for pupils who would be affected by
this. The professor's primary responsibility would be to start writing the education system using
every day, weekend, period, as well as annual teaching materials to enable the students to gain
knowledge of all the data people, need to know to evolve to another year as well as process the
content within next lecture. This is completed by adapting the syllabus to address the
requirements of each student in the lecture (Vargas et al. 2019). Parents seem to be stockholders
because they charge for their kids' upbringing with one ‘s taxes, and as such their opinions have
listened loudly. Guardians are indeed participants because teachers rely on parents to help
educate their students by having to settle for people to peruse, practice composing, as well as
assist with schoolwork, among other things.

3.2 how being accountable to stakeholders and external bodies impacts on organisations in
education and training
Accountable partners are people who engage with the institution in a variety of areas,
encompassing academic attainment as well as youngster well-being. Partners come in a variety
of shapes as well as sizes, depending on the various methods wherein educational life and career
are regulated locally and globally. A typical effect which can be noticed is the stakeholders being
not capable of the conference at the same moment because of other obligations, data not
delivered in just enough opportunity to conduct the conference as well as not speaking properly
with one another. Having a mass mail including all players so they may get all important needed
information as well as stakeholders notifying before sufficient time allowing everybody to
participate in the conference, debate, or modification to innovative activity, and perhaps even the
syllabus, is such a solution to circumvent these effects. Even while the fact that information was
passed on is beneficial, one should always ensure whatever is getting sent forward is a precise
representation of the issue as well as that everything has been absorbed properly as well.

To summarize, numerous obstacles might arise in a variety of scenarios; nevertheless, each

obstacle does have a remedy and it can be broken by assessing the issue as well as cooperating to
resolve it.

3.3 why it is important to work in partnership with employers and other stakeholders in
education and training
Communication is the most important factor in forming a good collaboration. On the regular
basis, as an assistant professor, I will be using numerous platforms for communication to
promote as well as develop professional teamwork. We use a variety of communication tools to
collaborate with parents, institutions, as well as other stakeholders so that everyone is aware of
what is going on during the day. Collaborating with other experts provides individuals with a
unique perspective just on issues, as well as I can obtain assistance from competent as well as
compassionate individuals. Some people have complicated demands that are challenging to
manage, so getting help from everyone else is essential. Engaging with completely independent
supporters demonstrates that perhaps the environment adheres to the rules as well as regulations.
The team analyses activities during the day to give the finest for the juveniles in the next days, as
well as I, utilize this knowledge to assist arrange events for them. Such makes the employees feel
respected & appreciated, so they like having capable of contributing to the activities of the
emerging adults (Forsetlund, et. al, 2021).

Colleagues

Collaborating with coworkers is critical for everybody; we must all operate similarly and adhere
to the same rules & laws. The workers and employers with who together I interact daily are
indeed the greatest origins of guidance and knowledge for dealing with challenges that arise. We
do seem to be capable to find the data easily and then utilising or referencing data when required
because we each abide by the identical norms and guidelines. Weekly meetings with employees
can address any difficulties that occur as well as cure the matter before this becomes an issue;
fresh ideas could be explored and tested to see where they work.

Other specialists

Interacting with some other experts provides me with a unique perspective about the
circumstance, and I can get assistance from competent plus compassionate individuals. I can
exchange knowledge as well as seek assistance. This provides me with wonderful comments as
well as much-needed assistance. Many people have complicated demands that are hard to
manage, so getting help from another is essential. Institutions get varying levels of education and
specialize in assisting. As a result, it is critical to establish a positive connection with them to
give great assistance to Service Subscribers. Whenever people cannot have anyone else to take
on the responsibility, acting in conjunction with champions is necessary. Engaging with outside
experts demonstrates that setting adheres to the rules as well as laws.
Task C
2.2 current educational policies on curriculum and practice in their area of specialism
The business, as well as the economic sector, has been one of the strongest vociferous in
lobbying the administration about the absence of reading with skills shortage throughout all
aspects of commerce and commerce (Dudley et al. 2019). The writer, on the other hand, might
start pointing fingers at businesses and industries that are hesitant to cooperate with institutions,
universities, and institutions. For a long period, the corporate sector has already been pressing
the administration about candidates' lack of basic functioning abilities. Integrating practical
abilities in all educational levels could only help pupils and prospective jobs while rendering it
harder for lecturers as well as curricular designers to create a syllabus and lessons that are
excessively active. Must the educators receive the necessary education, the anchoring of business
may show to be a great approach (Aithal and Aithal 2019).

In 2007, the Employment administration made major improvements to the educational policies
and systems, emphasizing evaluation at any stage. The incoming Conservative government
carried on the efforts of OFSTED throughout 2010 & focused on raising education standards of
education. The new higher school certification architecture is transitioning to a spots structure
featuring replaceable points tied to courses with standardized values. A QA that is Quality
Assurance is a process detailed in the university's QA document that aims to provide and achieve
excellent instructional levels throughout all institutions (Aithal and Aithal 2020).

3.4 being accountable to stakeholders and external bodies on curriculum design, delivery
and assessment in own area of specialism
I was regularly employed inside a special necessity elementary with students of all abilities as
well as have as well functioned in a mainline campus with youngsters with special necessities
who were deleted from checking because the education was concerned that the grades of
children would have a significant effect on the overall score of the school, that I believe does
have a significant influence on individuals. In certain instances, pupils are forced to take the
exam once they do not possess the capacity or are not prepared for such exam which has a
significant effect on the person (Schneiderhan et al. 2019).

Instructors are also under a great deal of stress to guarantee that the students pass tests plus
receive the mark required for the institution to qualify. "The nationwide curricula exam, which
tens of millions of elementary school students complete every year throughout the nation,
produces flawed information, leading some students to also be mistakenly classified as reduced
and many others to continue onto the secondary education with excessively high results."

We just had a youngster enter my lesson with really inaccurate statistics, claiming he really
cannot accomplish half the stuff that could base on testing he underwent before enrolling in my
institution. And he was placed among minimal youngsters, which would have been an improper
environment for him, resulting in a slew of problems. The administration has decided to phase
out an SAT for children aged six to seven beginning next grade, but this raises the stakes for the
year 6 exam. Parents throughout the nation walked their youngsters away from education for the
week to oppose these tests the year before, demonstrating the advantages of art education outside
of standardized testing. That, I believe, is due to the child's lower risk of developing mental
problems at such an early age plus their ability to manage tasks that are assigned.

4.2 organisational requirements and expectations on curriculum and practice in their area
of specialism.
The administration's effort to promote gender equality inside the corporation as well as its
broader vision for an equitable society is reflected in the business education curriculum's
promotion of diversity and inclusion. Because of the limited number of student spots available as
well as the growing preference from individuals of diverse nationalities, pupils of all national
origins and genders are enrolling in business degree courses. A variety of areas of the education
system offer an ethical alternative to the traditional academic approach to managing module
presentation, in response to increased requests, particularly among female pupils that are more
environmentally progressive that their men equivalents. Stakeholder demands, as well as
obligations, may fluctuate in sophistication depending on their importance to the educational
organization, putting both different parties in uncomfortable circumstances.

The utilization of novel technology advancement is largely for the accessibility of teachers, even
while improving the learning environment for pupils who like to study in such a variety of
methods and with their speed. Seemingly contradictory shareholder demands must be managed
by emerging leaders following the overarching decision of the institution's goals. Minicomputers
are growing more prominent as smartphones are becoming more powerful as a key source of
learning resources. The VLE is a Virtual Learning Environment that is a set of interactive
programs that connect teachers and students, as well as administrators. Rather than searching the
very same thing repeatedly, Chrome Browser EBooks, as well as Scholars, allow you to research
as well as keep academic books as well as articles while learning.
Task D
5.1 analyse the quality improvement and quality assurance in your organisation. This
should include an explanation of quality improvement and quality assurance.
Throughout higher education as well as in particular, responsive POT which is peer observation
teaching has constituted a crucial component of the lecturer's continuing professional
development. Its main objective is to explicitly concentrate the aim of analysis and observation
for educators to evaluate their responsibilities as learners. Because P.O.T is frequently
administered at the divisional stage, the link between observation as well as observation is
completely dependent on the spectator's particular aim. The qualitative intervention program at
ARU Anglia Ruskin University aims to develop a systematic as well as a standardized method
for improving the educational process. This is kept up to date by a combination of regular
review, and yearly program tracking, including the utilization of independent examiner
evaluations.

5.2 explain the function of self-assessment and self-evaluation in the quality cycle. This may
include reference to the organisational self assessment report.
Self-evaluation, as well as self-assessment, are essential components for enhancing performance
as well as excellence in education provision and development. The approach also improves
teacher-to-teacher interaction while boosting the impact of outer agents of transformation on
teacher practice. It assists teachers in setting performance targets alongside their colleagues,
establishing a clear quality of teaching, including identifying gaps among intended or real
possibilities but also practices. The four processes are followed indefinitely as parts of the never-
ending process of continuous improvement.  Since the fundamental unit of the provision in
respect of the learning opportunity, pupil evaluation must be acquired at the component level.
Pupil opinions should be collected, published, as well as responded to enhance education as well
as the overall experience.

5.3 evaluate their learning programme taking account of the quality arrangements of their
organisation.
Feedback is an important part of the teaching experience. It helps learners to discuss the
knowledge as well as pinpoints places where they or the presentation of the material may be
better. Also, it allows learners to self-assess their resources and capabilities throughout their
progress from course to course while adapting to diverse instructional approaches. Academic
professionals, as well as self-assessments, classmates, and advisors, including academic
assistance coaches, could offer evaluations to individuals or groups. This Learning Record
System mandates that all learners aged 14 or up to be assigned a ULN that is a Unique Learner
Number by the education industry to aid in the monitoring and distribution of that information
education data. Keeping consolidated training and education records will undoubtedly assist
many individuals or companies, but it would also harm others.

5.4 identify areas for improvement in their learning programme taking account of the
outcomes of evaluation.
Pupil survey results became an important aspect of the academic process for further as well as
higher institutions. The collects feedback from students on program effectiveness (Regmi and
Jones 2020). The goal is to hold educational establishments accountable to the community as
well as to assist potential students to make better decisions by giving information that supports
training as well as education organizations to help learners as well as university experiences. The
results of the poll assist incoming students. Institutions as well as colleges might use the results
as a source of information.

Their input has aided in the development of major and good changes in higher as well as
additional learning, as well as the raising of quality requirements to fulfil the expectations of
pupils. Top management groups, professors, and student groups, among organizations, use the
findings to enhance the content, instruction as well as training excellence, and educational
materials, including academic assistance (Caiado et al. 2018). Information is utilized as an
indication rather than to create division rankings. They're also important to universities, future
pupils, as well as businesses. Before enrolling, each participant is interviewed to confirm that
they are fit and have the necessary knowledge as well as abilities to complete the course.

Conclusion
The administration's effort to promote gender equality inside the corporation as well as its
broader vision for an equitable society is reflected in the business education curriculum's
promotion of diversity and inclusion. Because P.O.T is frequently administered at the divisional
stage, the link between observation as well as observation is completely dependent on the
spectator's particular aim. The four processes are followed indefinitely as parts of the never-
ending process of continuous improvement.  Since the fundamental unit of the provision in
respect of the learning opportunity, pupil evaluation must be acquired at the component level.
