ESCORT PROCEDURE
Assemble all Drivers ,crew members before the loading of vehicles
Check the vehicles conditions, which will be put in Transit.
After Loading is completed satisfy with proper lashing Coverage.
Loading safety Guidance is to be provided to Drivers & Crews.
Drivers should be conducted with alcohol test for enroute.
Time bound delivery pattern to be followed during transit taking appropriate breaks
Park the vehicles in safe zone.
Solve RTO & PC- Related issue during the Transit.
Discuss about enroute hurdles if any, in upcoming Toolbox meeting every day.

PARKING PROCEDURE
Most importantly Parking of vehicle ensures the safety of the cargos in the vehicle.
Loaded Vehicles are parked at regular intervals at designated parking locations.
Vehicles will be parked in well lit areas or the vehicles will be well lit with parking
lights and traffic cones at parked areas.
Parking vehicles will be ensured of being visible to other road riders.
All types of parking Equipments such as Traffic Cones, Reflective Stickers, Parking Lights,
Led lights etc.. is in place for safe parking.
