Since then NU-LITE has grown beyond our wildest dreams with dealers network in all major
metros in India. We will continue to grow our team in the coming years to provide better

In last decade the building industry has grown with blinding speed. The initial momentum
has clearly grown into a fully blown boom. Building methods are also improving and
thankfully- with that the quality of building materials which are being used. The trend of

value they add to a building and its interiors is now better understood.

Production capacity of 2 lakh units approx. per month of items combined is so

synchronized as to maintain delivery schedules irrespective of the quantity of
orders small or bulk.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

NU-LITE Aluminium Anodized Door & Window fittings are manufactured from
aluminium extruded sections conforming to grades viz. IS:64430, IS:63052,
IS:63400 of IS:733/1987.

Stainless steel door and window fittings are manufactured from high chrome-
nickel corrosion resistant stainless steel and rod alloy grade SS 304
(X07CR18NI9) conforming to IS:6911:1992 with necessary countersunk screw
holes conforming to IS:6760:1972.

Strict quality controls are maintained, throughout their processing, by

qualified engineers by following the Scheme of Testing and Inspection(STI) as
laid down by Bureau of Indian Standard(BIS).

The thick anodic coating on Aluminum door and window fittings is hard,
scratch proof and long lasting as per IS:1868. The anodizing in our most
modern chilling plant makes our fittings, one of the best available in the
market, known for their quality and durability

FLOOR SPRING SELECTION:

1)Selection of floor spring is mainly based on glass door weight
2)Calculation of glass weight according to national standard,
1mm thick common toughened glass is approx 2.5kg per sq
meter. As to 12mm thick 2.3m high and 1m wide glass door
weight shall be 2.3x1x12 x2.5= 69kg
3)The total weight of the entire door can be calculated by adding
weight of accessories + weight of glass
4)If heavy duty floor spring is chosen for light weight glass door,
cost will increase and good opening effect can’t be achieved, and
if floor spring with inadequate weight bearing is chosen to reduce
project cost it will effect the service life of floor spring.
5)For an outside door, taking wind power into consideration, twin
cylinder floor spring should be chosen regardless of door size.
6)In cold area, floor spring with high viscosity Index(VI) hydraulic
NU-LITE oil should be chosen so as to minimize malfunction at very low
