 Anchor Charts
There are 11 important spelling rules that you should teach to your young readers and
writers. Each rule, used in connection with activities, will help your students improve
both spelling and reading skills

These anchor charts provide visual memory clues to help students remember and
apply the spelling rules. Display the charts in the classroom or in a literacy center for
quick reference and independent learning. Small size charts are great for individual
use at a student's desks, learning centers, and for take home. They can be put on a
ring to create a pack of anchor charts for each student's desk or as a literacy center
reference. These are also perfect to include in an interactive notebook. Print them
full size or use the multiple page setting to print two or four to a page.
