For me, I don’t really see the idea of increasing


semen and sperm volume as a problem, but so
many Nigerian men are really fascinated or
sometimes even bothered about how they can
increase the quantity of their ejaculate.

There are different reasons why you might


want to increase your semen volume, it could
be because it makes you look more “manly”
and confident after sexual intercourse or
because it means that more ejaculate means
that you would enjoy the feeling of orgasm
during ejaculation a lot longer or it could be
that you want to get your woman pregnant as quick as possible. So how do you increase your
semen volume naturally?

Personally, I have not used any semen enhancer pills to increase my semen load, even though
there are so many brands in the market right now. And it is only 1 or 2 products that actually
look like there are authentic to me. However in this article, I would be revealing to you a few
natural ways that you can use to increase your semen and sperm volume, here they are:

A.) Life Style Changes


1.) Stop Wearing Tight Pants… Wear Boxers Instead!

As ridiculous as this advice might be, it is very necessary. Heat


affects your testicles negatively and it affects your sperm and
semen volume. The reason why your testicles are outside of
your body is for them to remain cooler than the inside of your
body.
So if you are the kind of guy that wears pant, you better switch to loose fitting cotton boxers –
give your testicles some breathing air and keep them cool.

2.) Stop Smoking Or… Don’t Even Start Smoking!

Now is another reason why you should not even smoke at all.
Smoking reduces your semen volume and also lowers your
sperm counts. So, if you want to enjoy better orgasms or you
want to get your woman pregnant, smoking is a habit that you
should stop right now!

There are studies that have found that regular smokers tend to
have lesser semen volume and lower sperm count than
non-smokers.

And this is not only limited to tobacco smokers, marijuana


(weed/eegbo/ganja) smoking also lowers both your sperm count and testosterone levels
(which would affect your sex drive tremendously)!

3.) Keep Heat Away From Your Testicles… Seriously Keep Them Cool!

Similar to the advice of not wearing pants but instead going for
loose fitting boxers, you should endeavor not to expose your
testicles to heat. I am talking about things like hot baths,
saunas, steam rooms, showering with hot water, overheated
laptops, long rides in cars with heated seats etc

This is because extreme heat affects your sperm production in


a bad way… so you would get reduced semen quantity and
poor sperm quality. A study in 2007 by University of California
revealed that 11 men that stopped taking hot baths regularly had an increase in their sperm
count by as much as 500 per cent. Don’t ignore this advice, keep your testicles cool!
4.) Stay In Shape… That Means Get Enough Physical Exercises!

Excess fat in your body tends to affect your


testosterone/estrogen levels. This is why you need to stay in
shape by engaging in regular physical exercises. Your internal
organs (including your testicles) function better when you have
a good blood circulation through your body. Being overweight
affects both your sperm and semen production negatively.

You don’t always have to go to a standard gym; you can start


doing body weight exercises (squats, press ups, chin ups) right
in your own home.

And you can also buy dumbbells to get the benefits of lifting
weights – which is more muscle lean muscle mass. If you are
too thin, then I encourage you to build more lean muscle mass
by lifting weights regularly.

5.) Do Kegel Exercises Regularly… This Helps You Shoot More Semen!

Asides from the numerous benefits of Kegel exercises (also


known as PC exercises) like: harder erections, stronger
ejaculations, improved prostate health, improved bladder
control, dealing with premature ejaculation and being
multi-orgasmic, these exercises when you do them regularly
would help you in shooting more semen and also increasing
the volume of your semen… try it out and you would see.

6.) Reduce Your Stress Levels… Learn To Relax More!

can’t control, you can always find ways to relax your mind and
body.

Too much stress tends to affect your testicles’ abilities to


produce testosterone which is a hormone that is responsible
for sperm and semen production. So try relaxing more to
prevent any physical or emotional damage that stress might
cause.

Reduce your work hours, start a hobby, try yoga, get at least 8
hours of sleep every night… do whatever is necessary to keep your body and mind relaxed.

B.) Diet Changes


1.) Drink More Water… Keep Your Body Hydrated!

Semen is made up of mostly water and the amount that you


release during ejaculation is related to how much water you
take, so you are better off being hydrated. Drink lots of water
each day, you need at least 8 large glasses (3 litres) of water
every day if you want your semen volume to increase
tremendously.

If you regularly drink alcohol or coffee then you are going to


have to drink more than the recommended 8 glasses (3 litres)
of water daily. This is because alcohol and coffee tend to
reduce the water in your body. Also alcohol tends to lower
your sperm count because it damages the liver and affects
your estrogen/testosterone balance. While drinking too much coffee can cause genetic
mutations in your sperm… in other words it can make them deformed!
2.) Eat Foods Rich In Zinc And Folic Acid… They Work Better When Combined
Together!

Eat Foods That Are Rich In Zinc and Folic Acid

Zinc is a mineral that helps a lot in male fertility, while folic acid
is a vitamin (and it also known as vitamin B9) that helps in
increasing semen volume. When you combine these two you
get a tremendous boost in your sperm count and semen
volume. There is even a research that clearly found out that
combining folic acid with zinc increases a man’s sperm count by as much as 74%.

You are better off eating foods that contain adequate amounts of folic acid and zinc. With foods
like: Oysters, walnuts, beans, crabs, oysters, beef, liver (cattle), chicken, cereals, green leafy
vegetables, legumes, egg yolks and orange juice. However if you are like me, and you don’t
really like changing your diet that much (I eat almost the same food every afternoon), then start
taking zinc and folic acid supplements. You can get them at any Nigerian pharmacy and you
only need 1 mg of folic acid and 15 mg of zinc sulfate daily.

3.) Consume More Amino Acids… I Mean More Proteins!

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Your sperm


head contains large amounts of amino acids, so scientist really
believe that taking more amino acids would help improve your
semen quality and quantity.

When it comes to increasing your ejaculate look out for these


three amino acids:

 L-Carnitine, you get them in red meat and milk


 L-Arginine, you get them in nuts, sesame seeds, and eggs
 L-Lysine, you get them in dairy and cheeses

4.) Vitamin C Also Helps A Lot… Remember To Take Them In Foods Or


Supplements!

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps in protecting the sperm


cells against free radicals and oxidative stress. Taking vitamin C
helps in reducing any occurrence of defective sperm and in increasing the speed of your sperm
(when they are inside the vagina).

The Journal of Medicinal Food published in 2006 that in a study the men who consumed
1000mg of vitamin C oral supplements twice a day had a massive increase in their sperm count,
motility and quality.

Personally, I prefer getting my vitamin C from oral supplements because it is a lot easier than
getting them from diet. If you prefer getting them in their natural form, then eat more:
oranges, apples, lemon, lime, cherries and peppers.

C.) Use Semen Enhancers

I put this last because, personally, I have never used any semen
enhancing supplements. There are lots of useless products that
are sold online today – all of the screaming the same
messages. However there are 1 or 2 brands that seem like they
actually work in increasing your semen volume.
