BACKGROUND

The ( ) office requires a Company which will supply and configure all required software, hardware and
licenses to upgrade its existing devices to the below,

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The contractor will be required to fully complete (supply and installation) of the required solution within
a period of (two months) after the contract is awarded. Failure to complete the project on time will
result in financial penalties.

The contractor will also be responsible for onsite provision of labor, materials and equipment required
to complete the installation of the requested solution.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments will be made after full completion of all the tasks and approval of the completion has been
made by the IT chief. You need to attach the following for payment process  Tax invoice.  Order

MINIMUM CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS,

The contractor should be a registered cisco partner with the experience in supply and installation of
Cisco Unified Communication Systems. Reference of past projects will be needed to demonstrate
experience in the implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Systems.
