 Create your own formative assessment with integration of an art lesson /activity.
 You may choose any art topics or lessons.
 Your assessment may be in the form of pop quizzes, assignment, questions for recitation, diagnostic tests, journals or
multiple-choice answers.
 You may create also your assessment based on the six strategies discussed in this module.
 Set your learning objectives that should be aligned to the assessment.
