School Teaching Staff, Parents Teachers Association ,stakeholders ,communities and
our dear learners.
This is BOLINGIT ELEM. SCHOOL’s project ExCEL

Getting closer to the realization of the Full Impementation of Full Blast Face-to-
Classes. We started the SY 2022-2023 with a bright opportunities and expectations.
As we begin the opening of classes in August 22, Bolingit ES continuously
adhere to the DepEd desires to quality education along with IATF strict health protocol
guidelines to ensure the safety of school personnel, learners and other stakeholders.
School’s Division Office of San Carlos City adopted a gradual implementation of the
different schemes of learning modality with 3:2,4:1 and finally full blast of f2f by Nov.2.
Under the top management of San Carlos City Div . our SDS Dr. Marilu N.
Cardenas, the CID Chief Dr. Editha R. Pridas, SGOD Chief SIR Villamor Q. Gloria, the
Administrative Officer V, Mr. Nelson V. Peralta, Bolingit ES teaching and non-teaching
staff headed by school principal Miss Emelita G. Peralta, the Head Teacher Mr. Leopoldo
A. Manzon , stakeholders and dear learners invite you to witness the BOLINGIT ES
journey in preparation for the face to face learning.
We are proud to present our best practices at their finest!
Bolingit Elementary School consistently provides a high-quality education. With
over 600 clients, our learners, we were able to provide a variety of programs and
activities that were beneficial to them while also aligning with our department's vision
and mission. We are pleased to announce that Cruz Elementary School is now open and
serving as our satellite school, our partners in achieving our goals.

With a larger number of our dear clients, our learners, we were able to provide
and maintain a 1 to 1 alcohol/sanitizer ratio for each learner. It was emphasized that
only Bolingit Elementary School was able to do it at the start of classes out of the entire
schools in our division.
In terms of of Curriculum, one of the features is the utilization of the number of
textbooks, modules, IM’s audio-video devices and activity sheets which is indispensable
to learning. Due to the insufficient no. of textbooks the teachers are resourceful
enough to address this problem. That’s why we come up with this PROJECT DEAR..
which stands for refers to the development of effective and appropriate resources that
can help students learn more effectively.. But because With the lack of books, teachers
find ways to meet it such as making activity sheets, borrowing books from private
schools and downloading learning materials using the LR portal and the internet.

To ensure the delivery quality and liberating education, they are evenly
distributed in terms of teaching loads based on their specialization. Homeroom guidance
is scheduled for 40 minutes in Grades I-VI and 60 minutes in Kindergarten. To ensure
that learning occurs, class and teacher programs are strictly monitored. Furthermore,
from August to October, we were able to conduct four school learning action cells in
order to upskill and reskill teachers in the new normal. The LAC session is run in
accordance with SAT.

"Education must continue... education cannot wait," said Secretary Leonor

Briones. This clearly demonstrates that we should be committed to fulfill the DepEd
mandates and staying on track despite the current health crisis. Existing plans and
strategies must be adjusted to meet the emerging new normal challenges.

Top officials and school heads from the Division Office of San Carlos City assisted
teachers in informing parents and other stakeholders about the new learning modalities
and plans for educating our students. Class observations were also conducted to ensure
that the technical assistance required by teachers in the teaching and learning process
was correct.

Bolingit Elementary School Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, in collaboration

with various stakeholders, assisted in the development of Medical Contingency Plans
that are in accordance with the DECP and the government's acceptable health
standards. Bolingit Elementary School developed parallel measures and contingency
plans in response to these developments. Strategies and approaches were reviewed to
ensure that scenario targets were met.
In addition, there are many more projects, programs, and activities conducted
by the school which we consider our best practices.

First, Project BESTFRIENDS (Bolingit Elementary School Team Force to Reach

out , Instruct and Enforce Non-Readers with Differentiated Strategies) This is done to
reach out to struggling learners and help them with their learning needs.

Second, Project PASS (Performance Achievement through Supportive

Stakeholders) Through the extent of the help of our stakeholders, we were able to
improve our performance.
Third, Project GULAYAN SA PAARALAN. This is to ensure our fulfillment of our
core values at Makakalikasan. Through our Gulayan sa Paaralan, we were able to use it
in the feeding program and our source of income generating program.
Lastly, Project DVBS (Daily Vacation Bible School) Teachers and other
stakeholders see to it that Maka-Diyos is also instilled in the minds, hearts, and actions
of our dear learners.
Everyone wishes for a return to basic school learning. With this, we were able to
make it happen. A celebration indeed. A celebration of the optimism of our leaders and
parents. Our joy stems from our own resilience as individuals and our camaraderie as
community members. Our Jubilee is to the Almighty Father and His only Son, to the
church we attend, and to our faith. A glimpse into the future of quality education
delivery.

At Bolingit Elementary School, the safety of everyone while we deliver quality

education is a priority.
