INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS

1. This assignment contains ONE (1) question that is set in the language of the printed module for
the course.

2. Your assignment should be prepared individually. You should not copy another individual’s
assignment.

3. Answer in English.

4. Your assignment should be typed using 12-point Times New Roman OR 11-point Arial font,
1.5 line spacing and justify.

5. Your assignment should be minimum 5 pages including pictures, references or other


appendix. Do not copy the assignment questions and instructions to your answer.

6. The assignment submission must be ON-LINE via UNIECVIRTUAL (PDF format).

7. Your assignment must be submitted before or by Week 11.

EVALUATION: You would be informed of the assignments mark before the Final Semester Examination
commences.

Students are required to write a report based on the following:

1) Interview ONE (1) entrepreneur in the field of early childhood. You will need to find out how he/she
manage their business.

2) Question to asked are as follows:


 The business
 Background (education, family, interests)
 Idea on starting the business
 Preparation on starting the business (risk, problems encounter, solution, whom to seek
guidance/assistance)
 Growth plans for the business
 Challenges faced during Movement Control Order (MCO) and how he/she overcome those
challenges
 Progress of the business when Movement Control Order (MCO) is lifted
 Advise for future young entrepreneurs

3) Analyze the answers. Provide in-depth discussion.
