The ‘BARS’
This is a hands on process where the Facilitator gently touches 32 different points on the head which start to
unlock limitations and judgments in those specific points. These points are areas like power, money, control,
awareness, body, sexuality, aging, creativity, hopes & dreams and more. What if we could eradicate all the
thoughts, feelings, emotions and considerations that lock into your body and impact your health and well-being?
What if we could eradicate the things that limit your ability to show up as the greatness of you?

 WHAT IS ACCESS?

Access is a set of tools and processes that empower you to create your life
the way you would like it to be. Access is not like anything you have ever studied or experienced.

It’s weird, it’s wild, it’s wacky and it works!

Access takes quantum leaps in its ability to facilitate change for people. It works on any area of life
including family, work, relationship, sex, money, body weight, habits, and physical/emotional trauma. It is a
constantly changing, ever evolving method for altering the parts of your life that don’t show up the way you
know they should or could be.

Access processes and tools are simple and practical. They are designed to eliminate as much limitation as
possible with as much ease as possible. The workshops offer various Access tools and techniques for facilitat-
ing change. Verbal processes provide simple questions and clearing statements. Hands-on healing modalities
facilitate the integration of change in the body.

By using the tools of Access, we can transform our lives by ridding ourselves of the limiting beliefs
and thoughts that interfere with the expression of who we truly are. Access empowers YOU to shift
anything in your life or body that does not serve you. It’s fast, effective and it lasts.

How does it get any better than this?

Access is about empowering you to know what you know. It invites you to claim and acknowledge that you
are the source of your own life; that YOU are the source of everything that occurs in your life.

Access does not declare itself to be “the only way”. If anything in Access is
not true for you, Access encourages you to discover what is true for you. Only
you know what is right for you. Access is only interested in empowering people.

Gary Douglas says; “We are the creators of the mess we call our lives.
Since we created our life exactly how it is, we also have the power to
change it by the choices we make.”

Access is consciousness. Exactly what you think and say creates your life.
Access is about facilitating people in recognizing and embracing consciousness.
If you become more conscious of what you speak and what you think, you will
