checked.

Proper access to be provided by clearing all


unwanted materials or traffic to enter the work
space.

Helper to be provided for controlling the traffic


by signal.

Vehicle to be placed with the help of the helper.

Daily check for the equipment and the check


list to be fulfilled.

Continuous supervision to be provided.

Bricks to be stacked properly on the


trolley/tractor.
Material Fall Hazard
Provide proper walk way/drive way.

Do not overload.

PPE’s (Safety Helmet, shoes, goggles,


reflective vest, cotton hand gloves to be
provided for all.

Mortar Making
Nose Mask provided for those who engaged on
Dust Hazard cement work.

Eye Hazard Safety Goggles to be provided for all those who


are engaged on the work.

Mortar to be mixed in MS trays.


Person Injury/Cut Hazard
Gumboot to be used other than mandatory
PPE’s.

Daily tool box talks to be followed & recorded.

Nose Mask provided for those who engaged on


Dust Hazard cement work.

Working at height
Proper scaffolding to be provided with bracing,
Fall Hazard top rail ,mid rail and toe guard to be provided.

Secured platform with proper access.

Scaffolding to be certified and safe to use to


board to be displayed.

Scaffolding to be done by a trained gang under


supervision.

Underneath area to be isolated and cleared


from all unwanted materials.

Full body harness with double lanyard to be


provided for those who are working more than
2 mtrs and to be hooked properly at the top.

The ramp or step staging with railing to be


permanently clamped with the structure to
avoid trip hazard.

No Overlapping on work platforms.

Proper access to be provided and with the help


of a helper equipment to be place on a flat
base.continuous supervision to be provided.

Provide proper plat form with toe guard.


Injuries by falling objects
Provide bag to working at height workers.

Provide nilon rope to lift hand tools.

Trip hazard Remove all the materials used for shuttering


from the work area and shifted to the yard as
soon as the de-shuttering work ends or
properly stacked at the work place for reuse.
Working at night

Inadequate illumination Proper illumination to be provided at the work


area as per required or depends on the work.
