The Sleeper Must Awaken

This document discusses waking dream hypnosis and pendulum divination as methods for tapping into the unconscious mind and recovering lost aspects of one's consciousness. It describes using a pendulum or weighted object to answer yes/no questions and get insights from spirits, guides, and one's inner self. Ancient shamans believed the quality of the divination depended on the quality of the pendulum object and the meditative state of the diviner. The document suggests starting with basic questions and working up to using this method to extract future insights or clues for repairing one's consciousness.

The Sleeper

Must Awaken
By Metasaience
April 2010
Who else is trying to find the portal out of this
place? Trying to remove ourselves out of the cycles
of birth and death. ?) Like a Hindu guy I met many
years ago said to me, “I don't want to return to this
place.”

We were speaking about reincarnation and in his

opinion, it was best to live a life in constant pursuit
of higher spiritual realities, or higher deities
themselves.

I used to read so much about so-called ascended

masters, to the point where it became rational to
have higher deities that have reached such a high
level that many of us strive for. It took me a long
time to realize that this within itself is an illusion
itself. While there can be more powerful deities of
any order, an ascended master can exist in any
place.
There are entities that just don't like the flesh
experience all together, doesn't mean that they are
“higher” beyond the spiritual evolution of those of
us that choose to live inside of the flesh. But
instead of assuming such things are true, we learn
how to contact such beings and question them
ourselves. They might choose to correct our
understanding about who are higher and more
aware and who are trapped and blind. It's simple.
Some of us are awake to the dream, some of us
are asleep within it. It's still a dream however, it's
just a matter of being conscious of that fact.

There are 3 main aspects to the dream. By “dream”

I am speaking about reality itself, all reality. The
main aspect is the dream itself, the 2nd is the act
of dreaming, and the 3rd is the dreamer. Pick up a
rock and place it in the palm of your hand, you are
looking at something in the state of dreaming
being dreamt up by a dreamer. Another major
unknown is that all 3 aspects of the dream are
both conscious and unconscious beings.

The dreamer is both a conscious and unconscious

being. The dream itself is a conscious and
unconscious being. The act of dreaming is a
conscious and unconscious being. Some religions
might refer to this as the trinity. It is only part of
the creative mind and energy that we are. How
these 3 main aspects of the dream correspond
with one another is what creates an unlimited
number of variables that govern creation.

The dream is the movie on the movie screen. The

act of dreaming is the movie getting projected
unto the screen. The dreamer is the projector. All
of these aspects are living entities. The movie is a
living entity that communicates its story, ideas and
symbols to our minds. The act of dreaming is an
entity of light and dark matter that beams the
images unto the screen. The projector is the entity
that spool the images from it's mind.

All 3 of them are both conscious and unconscious.

We can communicate directly to all 3. Some might
say because they are one. This might be true, just as
we are multidimensional.

The main idea here to understand how the shell of

reality can be broken or not broken. To see if this is
possible let us look at everything based on their
dream value. Water obviously would have a higher
dream value than, say- bubble gum? Meaning, we
could destroy bubble gum tomorrow and no one
would miss it right? Now that we have established
that bubble gum has less of a worth than water, why
does bubble gum exist? For some people, it helps
their mouths stay busy so they don't have to eat as
much. For others it helps them when they are
thirsty.

But the dream would not end if bubble gum

disappeared tomorrow would it? Perhaps not. But it
exists in the dream for a reason. Everything we
depend on in our dream reality is a trigger.
If it is pulled even slightly- something about our
reality will change. There are some things that have
less of a dream value than others, but it doesn't
always mean that it is not a trigger.

Case in point:
A person in a city with little to no public
transportation needs a car to get to work. If their
car breaks down it changes their dream reality. The
car has a higher dream value than say, a pair of
sneakers they have thrown in the back of the closet
that they hardly wear. But take away that pair of
sneakers, something in their reality will change. Not
largely significant like taking away the car, but still
enough to be noticed. Even barely used things in
our reality help to stabilize the dream.

What we place on our altars of magick are triggers.

Maybe not always triggers for ourselves
consciously, but certainly triggers for our
Ancestors, spirits, and even for the energy in our
genes.

The more significant the trigger, the more

significant the change in that dream reality. We
use magick to affect all 3 aspects of the dream. I've
learned that all 3 aspects of the dream experience
their consciousness as well as unconsciousness
differently. The dreamer responds to deep
emotions -pain, love, pleasure etc. The act of
dreaming responds to the movement of
things/objects and the objects themselves. The
dream responds to symbols. How we go about
breaking the cycle of birth and death deals with
our addiction to pity. The ascended ones can
sometimes have a great deal of pity for those who
are trapped in different realities and have been
asleep so long that they've forgotten what they
are. This is a template reality that is happening
concurrently, however, we are all the authors of
the results. Others have suggested that we are
living inside of a being, helping them to evolve.

But it appears as if we really do not have a

problem with the dream- until suffering becomes a
constantly form of existence.
But when we are allowed to exert all of our powers
into our reality, we are fine with the dream. And
perhaps we are returning to that place. But it all
appears to be a cycle. We can work our triggers are
often as possible and see to it that we can manifest
exactly what we desire. The sleeper has to awaken.

Waking Dream Hypnosis:

Recovering the LOST Mind.

The following is not for

the faint of mind or
consciousness. This exercise is only for those
willing and ready to tap into the unconscious mind
without any regrets and scepticism. We will be
using Brain Phillip's method as a template, but we
will move even further beyond his explanations.

First, you will definitely need at least a chain with a

pendant on the end of it if you don't own an actual
pendulum similar to the ones shown in the image.
Usually, even a coin, screw or pebble tied to the
end of a string will be useful enough.

You can copy and print the diagram above, or

sketch out your own. Truthfully, it is not necessary
but it would help explain how your pendulum is
moving.
you can tap into ANYTHING using this method. It
would depend on how fine-tuned your
unconscious is, after all, it is your hidden self and it
is connected to the Universe and all reality past,
present and future.

Now if you're wondering why the all-seeing eye

merged with a native American dream catcher is in
the center of the diagram, that is not by
coincidence either, seeing that both Africans and
Native Americans practiced dream and pendulum
divination, and this pendulum method was also
used as a way to speak with the Great Spirit and
the Ancestors themselves.

Ancient Shamans would tell us, however, that the

quality of our "pendulum divination" is determined
by the quality of our stones or crystals that we use.
The quality of our minds, but going deeper, they
would say the quality of "the heart" or the "weight"
of the heart makes a difference, so many would
fast for days and meditate before using their
pendulum to seek deeper answers. The lighting of
candles and certain types of incense would also
add to the power of the reading.

Typically this method is used for "Yes" or "No"

questions only. The questions can be asked out
loud or inside your head. Most likely when
questions are asked out loud we are speaking to
our spirits and guides. When they are asked
within, we are speaking to our unconscious or
inner self.

When the Ancients would say, "the truth is within"

it is because they knew of many methods to
explore the truth from within themselves, it was
not done from a place of confusion.
You can start with the basics and work your way
up to the heavy stuff. All truth is within us. If we
are able, we can extract the future from our inner
self using this very method. Better yet, we can
recover a lost mind by asking for clues as to how
we would go about repairing our consciousness.
